I use ionized filtered water with a pinch of Himalayan salt in in my first 8oz glass of water of the day. Drink 2 pints of water a day and forget about the quacks. Huge health improvement, you'll feel the same when you were a kid and got out of bed in the morning and felt like you could take on the World. We have good solid current studies that tell about the bad things fluoride and chloramine does and yet for many years they ignore the facts and continue to poison our water. I had thought that since there are no studies about hydroflurosilitic acid, the agent used in 90 perent of USA cities to fluoridate the water, that we could DEMAND an immediate moratorium on putting hydofluorosilitic acid in our water at least until there is high quality testing and study of this highly toxic substance. This substance has been shown to increase lead absorption rate in children and amount of increased absorption is highest, about 6 fold higher, for black children. This high lead absorption lands these kids in special education classes, as "ADHD" labeled and drugged, as substance abusers, and as commiters of violent crimes and in correctional instutitions all their lives. But we will keep going to the fake little city council and commission meetings and begging them to please stop poisoning us, and the city crooks will keep on grinding out lie reports on how good fluoride, and chloramine and hydrofluorosilitic acid are.
