Judith, Kaayla, Tim, and Elizabeth (all Farm-to-Consumer Legal
Defense Fund board members) host the show on a rotating basis and
often interview a special guest who has expertise in some aspect of
food rights, farming, nutritional health, and activism. The
Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund is a non-profit organization that
protects the constitutional rights of our nation's consumers to
purchase and farmers to sell nutrient-dense food. Please join us

Pete Kennedy is an attorney in Sarasota, Florida and serves as the president of the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund and vice president of the Farm-to-Consumer Foundation. Prior to and since the founding of these organizations, Pete has worked on raw dairy issues in various states as well as other food distribution aspects including extensive reviews of legislation, particularly food safety and raw milk bills. He also provides instruction on the legal aspects for Cow-Share College & Goat-Share University.

Judith McGeary is a founding board member of the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund and is the Weston A. Price Foundation chapter leader for Austin, Texas. She is also an attorney, a farmer, and the Executive Director of the Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance. The Alliance is a non-profit organization founded to protect the rights of independent farmers, ranchers, and homesteaders, and to help ensure the success of independent agriculture.
Ms.
McGeary has a B.S. in Biology from Stanford University and a J.D.
with high honors from The University of Texas at Austin. In her legal
career, she has practiced administrative law, litigation, and
appeals. She and her husband run a small farm with heritage poultry,
sheep, cows, and horses.

Kaayla T. Daniel, PhD, CCN, is The Naughty Nutritionist™ because of her ability to outrageously and humorously debunk nutritional myths. A popular guest on radio and television, she has appeared on The Dr Oz Show, ABC's View from the Bay, NPR's People's Pharmacy, and numerous other shows. Her own radio show, "Naughty Nutrition with Dr. Kaayla Daniel," launched on World of Women (WOW) Radio in the spring of 2011.
Dr. Daniel is the author of The Whole Soy Story: The Dark Side of America's Favorite Health Food, a popular speaker at Wise Traditions and other conferences, and a Board Member of the Weston A. He
has pioneered CSAs, organic cooperatives, farmers' markets, a
cow-share program, a farm-share program, and the Milk Direct raw milk
testing program while living in Northern Wisconsin. Tim consults
worldwide with dairy farmers on raw milk safety and direct
marketing.

Elizabeth
Gamsky Rich, Esq. - Vice President
Elizabeth
Rich is the Vice President of the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund
and a Wisconsin attorney who has practiced in the areas of
environmental, land use, and regulatory law for 25 years. She works
for clients who challenge the government.
She
has lived on a 40-acre farm since 1995 and raises goats for dairy
products and chickens for meat and eggs. Over the years she has kept
dairy cows, pigs, ducks, turkeys, guineas, rabbits, and geese in
addition to a large garden and fruit orchard. Elizabeth’s goal
is to produce as much of her own food as possible, as her 25 years of
experience with the governmental agencies charged with protection of
our food supply has led her to the conclusion that she is not
protected.
