Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has singled out Hillary Clinton but all US officials have blood on their hands, says American writer and political activist Mickey Z.

The author of Occupy This Book and Occupy These Photos told Press TV on Sunday that the former US secretary of state was merely a cog in the US killing machine.

In an interview with Fox News on Sunday, frontrunner GOP candidate Trump pinned blame for the deadly Syrian conflict and the rise of the Daesh (ISIL) Takfiri group in Iraq and Syria on Clinton and President Barack Obama.

“She is the one that caused all this problem with her stupid policies,” Trump said. “You look at what she did with Libya, what she did with Syria.”

“You look, she was truly, if not the, one of the worst secretary of states in the history of the country,” he added. “She talks about me being dangerous; she’s killed hundreds of thousands of people with her stupidity.”

Commenting to Press TV, Mickey Z. said, It’s always interesting when Donald Trump peels away a propaganda layer to offer a tiny glimpse at the corporate-political brotherhood. For example, he’s talked openly about the favors he gets in return for making large campaign contributions.”

“In this case, Trump again says what no one else will say: US policies equate to global terrorism. However, his self-serving focus on Hillary Clinton obscures the most important reality: Hillary is no more or less a war criminal than all the other US secretaries of state,” he added.

“Hillary Clinton was merely a cog in a relentless death machine. What she pushed forward weren’t ‘her’ policies and it has nothing to do with ‘stupidity.’ Officials elected or appointed from either major party are there to maintain the lethal status quo. If Trump were elected, his appointees would willingly support this necrophilic paradigm by any means necessary,” the analyst concluded.
