In the wake of Keith Scott’s murder at the hands of Charlotte Police officers, the Charlotte Police Chief, Kerr Putney, laughs at the idea of providing the public with the video of what actually happened.

The police claim Mr. Scott had a gun and was threatening the officers who shot him.

Eyewitnesses and family claim the man had a book and was not threatening in any way.
