California – A gang banger and convicted double murderer is set to be released from San Quentin State Prison on June 7th thanks to the Marxist Los Angeles DA’s reforms.

Convicted double murderer Howard Jones was denied parole in 2015 and 2017 but parole was approved in his third hearing in 2021 when prosecutors were unable to attend under DA George Gascón’s reforms.

In 1988 Howard Jones murdered two teenagers at a party in Los Angeles.

Howard Jones, a gang member, shot 18-year-old Chris Baker and another boy at a party in Rowland Heights when he confronted a boy for wearing a red Santa hat – Bloods gangmembers wear the color red.

Jones was thrown into San Quentin in 1991 and was sentenced to 45 years in prison.

Baker’s family is angry over Jones’ early release.

“I’m extremely frustrated and angry,” Chris Baker’s sister, Dianne Baker-Taylor told Fox11. “How do you put a price on human life? Let alone two human lives! This guy can go free after killing to people and have a life and he still gets to talk to his family? No, I’m not cool with that at all.”

Recall, George Gascón announced radical policy changes shortly after he was elected in late 2020:

1) End cash bail by January
2) Conviction integrity unit
3) No death penalty
4) Felony charging no longer seeking enhancements i.e. gang affiliation
5) Juveniles will not be tried as adults
6) Use-of-force review board to reopen fatal officer-involved shooting cases going back to 2012!

Gascón was previously the DA of San Francisco and absolutely turned that place into a hell hole.

Now Gascón is destroying what’s left of Los Angeles, a city already struggling with authoritarian lockdowns and record number of homeless people.
