Facing Budget Cuts, The Infectious Disease Industry Prepares For A Communicable Disease That Doesn’t Exist Yet

Lo and behold, just after an infectious disease expert said in news reports that the world needs to prepare for the next deadly flu pandemic that is predicted to kill 200 million and that the infectious disease industry needs an additional $7.5 billion to prevent such an occurrence (wouldn’t have anything to do with steep budget cuts planned for government agencies that oversee disease control and vaccines, would it?), the World Health Organization (WHO) includes in its 2018 list of disease priorities “disease x.”

“Nobody can tell you what Disease X is, or what it will become, because it is a future planned unknown infectious disease the WHO says it must begin to prepare for.”

Here is how WHO describes it:

Disease X represents the knowledge that a serious international epidemic could be caused by a pathogen currently unknown to cause human disease, and so the R&D Blueprint explicitly seeks to enable cross-cutting R&D preparedness that is also relevant for an unknown “Disease X” as far as possible.

The UKs MIRROR says: “unlike the other pathogens, it is not known what causes Disease X or how doctors could try to treat it.”  (Say that again?)

The MIRROR report goes on to say: “Disease X could even be man-made, rather than a fluke of nature” and “We will have another pandemic. What’s unpredictable is the severity of it.”

But it doesn’t sound like this fake news is going to fool too many people.  Here are some selected quotes from the comment section of the MIRROR:

There is no disease X……. except in the minds of those practicing scare tactics and sci-fi movies.

I do believe that disease X is also known by several other names: liberalism and socialism!!  Both of them have been the cause of millions of deaths, and could end civilization as we know it!

So, in summation……. Disease X does not exist, it’s pure science fiction in the truest sense, and the Centers for Disease Control and WHO are shameless fear-mongers (better known as terrorists).

Do you think I can phone in sick with it tomorrow?

Atrocious clickbait.

A meteor could hit
Yellowstone could erupt.
Space aliens could attack.
Pandemic is more likely.  Who didn’t know this?

Not ‘mysterious,’ hypothetical. Very close to fake news.  Shameful.

Had better close the borders.  Build a wall.

It’s called chemtrails.

So we don’t know what it is.  It may not even exist yet.  Nobody has been diagnosed with it yet.  But it could kill us all.  Got it.

If we doctors cure all the disease, we’re out of a job…. So we’ll invent diseases before they happen… got to keep that government money flowing.
