FBI’S CLINTON FOUNDATION INVESTIGATION Is Still ON But Not Without Total War Between FBI And DOJ. DOJ Says STAND DOWN

I have searched the Internet for legit and up to date information on the status of the CLINTON FOUNDATION Investigation. At this point, after FBI Director Comey said the Bureau had not found evidence for Clinton indictment in the Email Investigation, I wondered about the CLINTON FOUNDATION. Some say that the Clinton Foundation investigation cannot move ahead without the Email Investigation involved. Then others say the Clinton Email Investigation was only started the get information on the Clinton Foundation.
Holding back the investigation could be strategic, too. It has been widely reported that federal investigators are chomping at the bit to indict the Clintons, and according to Fox News the FBI is calling itself “Trumpland” and agents are furiously fighting against President Barack Obama’s Department of Justice to get an indictment.
Knowing an unfriendly DoJ awaits investigators, a delay in a recommendation for Clinton’s prosecution may be explained as a strategic move by savvy legal minds.
Should Trump win the election Tuesday and is able to replace Attorney General Loretta Lynch with a more friendly and eager prosecutor in January, it could help prevent the rigged system from destroying months of FBI research.
Alternatively, they could be holding up the case until their investigation is completely airtight, so that not even Obama’s cronies can deny the facts.
Either way, the fact is that FBI agents across the country are still hot on the Clinton’s tail. Even if she wins Tuesday, there’s no guarantee she’ll even get a change to show up in the Oval Office in January.

The Clinton Foundation Probe: We’ve learned an FBI probe of the Clinton Foundation for possible financial crimes and influence peddling has been in progress for over a year. As the Wall Street Journal put it, some of the investigators were “frustrated” because FBI leadership seemed “uninterested in probing the charity.”
This is an investigation that could rope in a lot of people in Clinton’s inner circle, besides Hillary and Bill Clinton themselves. Abedin is a player, and so is Hillary Clinton’s chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, and another key aide, Philippe Reines. Bill Clinton’s old “body man” Doug Band – basically the Littlefinger of Bill Clinton’s financial empire, for you Game of Thrones fans – and even Chelsea Clinton could end up answering some tough questions.
Much will depend on whether the Clinton Foundation is scrutinized in isolation, or whether charges of influence peddling are pursued, at which point Hillary Clinton’s entire retinue from her days in the Senate and State Department would have reason to feel nervous.

4. The Podesta Brothers: Most of those WikiLeaks bombshells the Clinton media is ignoring with such furious intensity are to, from, or copied to John Podesta, the CEO of Hillary Clinton’s campaign, and probably the most powerful figure in Clintonworld not named “Clinton.”
In one of the latest WikiLeaks revelations, Podesta is caught telling Cheryl Mills, “We are going to have to dump all those emails,” and it would be “better to do so sooner than later.” That sounds ominously like a conspiracy to destroy evidence in multiple federal criminal investigations, depending of course on which emails he was talking about, and what he meant by “dumping” them.
Podesta’s brother Tony, and the brothers’ Podesta Group lobbying firm, are involved in an FBI corruption investigation related to the deposed president of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych. The allegations boil down to illegal lobbying activities. Former Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort also has a company that figures in the same investigation, so people across the 2016 political battlefield get to feel nervous about this one – but Podesta’s pipeline into the Clinton machine means more highly-placed people in her camp could become part of the investigation.

As far as New York State Attorney Preet Bharara’s involvement, I have found several tidbits concerning that.

He produces results, too. He’s already taken down the Republican state senate Majority Leaderand the Democratic Speaker of the Assembly, a guy who was considered the most powerful man in state government for decades. And those weren’t slaps on the wrist or simply embarrassing revelations. Both of them got serious jail time. Sources I’ve spoken to in New York law enforcement have described Bharara as The Terminator. When he gets his teeth into something he simply does not stop – ever – and he’s impervious to threats from those in positions of power.
Yes, the Clinton machine is a gigantic force in American politics and the Justice Department is still controlled by Barack Obama’s cronies. But who among them would be willing to step up to the microphone and try to order a person of Bharara’s standing off the case if he’s caught wind of the stench of corruption coming from the New York offices of the Clinton Foundation? If the nation has fallen that far into decay then we may as well shut out the lights.
The CLINTON FOUNDATION Investigation has been told to stand down at least until after the Election. Of course, the DOJ wants it to be closed.
November 3, 2016: The FBI’s Clinton Foundation investigation is still facing an impasse between FBI investigators and top officials.
Since October 30, 2016, there have been a number of news reports that the FBI’s Clinton Foundation investigation exists, but also that it has been hobbled by disagreements between FBI agents, who believe the evidence against the foundation is strong, and high-ranking FBI officials and Justice Department officials who believe the evidence is weak. Major decisions have been postponed until after the November 8, 2016 US presidential election.
ABC News reports that “Investigators and higher-ups have continued to discuss the matter, but there has been no change in posture, sources said. Authorities still believe there is no evidence of wrongdoing, and they do not believe there is a sufficient reason to pursue charges…” (ABC News, 11/3/2016)

(Nov. 7, 2016) — In Wikileaks’ release of batch #34 of Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s emails on Monday night, email #56341, dated July 30, 2014, provides an “update” on the purported activities of the Clinton Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity which is now under FBI investigation.:
According to The Washington Post on October 10, Univision Chairman Haim Saban and his wife Cheryl have donated $10 million to a political action committee supportive of Hillary Clinton. Haim Saban, an Israeli-born billionaire, reportedly “asked last year to speak to top campaign officials, shortly after Donald Trump had described Mexican immigrants as rapists and drug dealers in his presidential announcement speech” in an attempt to encourage a strong response from the Clinton campaign.
The Post reported, citing WikiLeaks’ emails containing the revelation, that Clinton top aide Huma Abedin had spoken with Haim Saban on the issue, obtaining his input as to the views of his Univision “colleagues.” Podesta also communicated Saban’s suggestions to the campaign to counter Trump’s stance that some illegal aliens from Mexico are violent criminals.
Cheryl Saban is a board member of the Clinton Foundation.
On October 20, The Washington Times reported:
The WikiLeaks dump of Clinton campaign chair John Podesta’s emails has revealed the broad extent of behind-the-scenes collaboration with Haim Saban, the Hollywood billionaire who controls Univision, the country’s largest Spanish-language TV network.
Mr. Saban is not just one of the top moneymen behind Hillary Clinton’s run, the Univisionchairman of the board is also a trusted adviser, message strategist and operative for her presidential campaign, the emails confirm.
The frequent email exchanges reveal that Mr. Saban, who is Israeli-American and not Hispanic, was at the forefront of the push inside Camp Clinton to pound Republican candidate Donald Trump for his stance against illegal immigration and comments about Mexican criminals — a message echoed in Univision news coverage.
On February 24, 2014, long before Clinton officially announced her presidential candidacy, USA Today headlined an article with, “Does Hillary-Univision deal cross a line?”
It looks to me like everything the CLINTON FOUNDATION does is about lining the Clinton’s pockets with riches. They care nothing for the needy in this world, and we all know it.
I think the main reason Abedin had the off the grid server set up for Hillary was to keep the Clinton Foundation’s dealings secret. The Foundation and the State Department were connected in Hillary’s pay to play.
