IN BRIEF

  • The Facts:Yahoo News seems to have gotten exclusive access to publicize an FBI report on the dangers of fringe conspiracy theories, but nobody seems to be explaining how that happened, given the document explicitly states it was not meant for the public.
  • Reflect On:Can we see more clearly how much effort is being made to control our perception of the world? Will realizing this help propel us closer to awakening to the truth?

By now the concept of ‘perception-building’ should be familiar to those who have read some of my commentaries on the mainstream media. But for those who haven’t, I am referring to a process by which information is presented to us that attempts to make us see the world a particular way. Rather than encouraging us to make up our own minds based on raw factual evidence, the powers that be are selective in what information is presented to us, and they use social engineering methods, technology, and persuasion techniques–both overt and subliminal–to maintain a collective perception that favors their agenda.

For truth-seekers, one of the essential tools in the toolbox is to notice when perception-building is going on, and figuring out what the motive is, which almost always comes back to control and power.

Government is certainly in the business of perception-building. ‘Govern’ (control) ‘ment’ (mind) says it all right there. Private corporations do it all the time. Religions? You bet. ‘Religiare’ means ‘to bind’. Religions bind us to a narrow, ‘exclusive’ conception of life on Earth and beyond. The only actual difference between a religion and a cult is that a religion has more followers.

But I would say the king of perception-building today is mainstream media. Their full-time job is to take real-world events and shape them to suit the agenda of their controllers. And in a battle with the growing number of individuals who are using social media to speak and hear the truth, the tactics of mainstream media are getting more desperate and more transparent. Let’s examine a recent article by Yahoo News entitled ‘Exclusive: FBI document warns conspiracy theories are a new domestic terrorism threat‘ as a pertinent example.

Yahoo News Gets Exclusive

So here’s the first red flag. It’s the way Yahoo News brushes past how they and they alone were able to obtain this sensitive document, and have made it available to the public. The article starts like this:

The FBI for the first time has identified fringe conspiracy theories as a domestic terrorist threat, according to a previously unpublicized document obtained by Yahoo News.

What does this mean, ‘a previously unpublicized document obtained by Yahoo News’? Does this mean that this document has been ‘out there’ somewhere in cyberspace, buried, unannounced, and that suddenly this journalist came across it and reported on it? That it was not some sources within the FBI that wanted this out in the public, nor was it a journalist in pursuit of hidden information via a FOIA request or other form of investigation?

Your ‘Spockian eyebrow’ should be raising just about now.

Of course, if it was made clear who was the instigator of the release of this information, then we would be able to focus on that source and whatever possible agenda they might have for getting this information into the public domain. They don’t want that.

It seems logical to me to conclude that there were some people at the FBI or some other authorized recipient of this bulletin who conspired with this mainstream media source to get this information out to the public. (I’m not at all trying to be ironic here). The document itself seems to clearly indicate that it was not meant to be made available to the public, even if it was marked ‘unclassified’ (U):

(U) LAW ENFORCEMENT SENSITIVE: The information marked (U//LES) in this document is the property of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and may be distributed within the federal government (and its contractors), US Intelligence, Law Enforcement, public safety or protection officials, and individuals with a need to know. Distribution beyond these entities with FBI authorization is prohibited. Precautions should be taken to ensure this information is stored and/or destroyed in a manner that precludes unauthorized access. Recipients are prohibited from subsequently posting the information marked LES on a website on an unclassified network without first obtaining FBI approval.

So no explanation for how this ‘Law Enforcement Sensitive’ document has been made available on the Yahoo news site, or why there is not even an outcry that someone has leaked this document without approval. Again, logic dictates that it is part of a conspiracy to build public perception.

Perception-Building

If this is the case, then what perception are they trying to build and strengthen in people’s minds? One needs look no further than the typical headlines that popped up across mainstream media right after the Yahoo news article came out. All the usual suspects have chimed in and tried to reinforce a key message.

FBI says QAnon conspiracy theories a domestic terrorism threat,’ says the Washington Times. ‘FBI Says QAnon, Internet Conspiracy Theorists Are National Security Threats,’ says Vice. And note, the articles are clear that this document from the field office in Phoenix is ‘the first time the FBI has identified fringe conspiracy theories as a domestic terrorist threat.’ Somehow, this is supposed to make us feel that only the conspiracy theories that are currently of concern are dangerous, unlike the beliefs that the JFK assassination and 9/11 were inside jobs.

In Appendix B, under ‘Fringe Political’ Conspiracy Theories, the report only lists these two:

(U) Pizzagate: High-ranking Democratic officials are or were involved in a child sex trafficking ring centered at the Comet Ping-Pong pizza restaurant in Washington DC.

(U) QAnon: An anonymous government official known as “Q” posts classified information online to reveal a covert effort, led by President Trump, to dismantle a conspiracy involving deep state actors and global elites allegedly engaged in an international child sex trafficking ring.

It appears that these particular conspiracy theories are making the powers-that-be nervous. Believing in and voicing conspiracy theories is protected by our first amendment rights. Any additional effort to denigrate these conspiracy theories by labeling them a threat to national security sounds like a serious attempt to use fear to prevent people from looking into these theories.

The strategy here, it seems, would be to get the general public to start believing that the promotion of certain ideas on social media can lead to the proliferation of violence. And it is that connection between these conspiracy theories and violence that mainstream media is tasked with seeding into the public perception.

Those who are already followers of Q or are willing to give some credence to the Pizzagate evidence are not the target here. They are already too far gone. Those that have awakened to the vast, hidden operations of the global elite will not be lulled back to sleep.

However, it seems that a significant number of people are still fundamentally locked into the mainstream perception, and these are the sheep that the global elite desperately want to keep within the flock.

Connecting Conspiracy Theories With Violence

When it first broke, the Pizzagate conspiracy theory seemed to be ever widening until there was an incident that helped distract people away from the John Podesta and Hillary Clinton emails, and discourage a deeper investigation into code words and symbols that have been identified by the FBI as representing child sexual abuse. Whether this incident was staged or not (my suspicion is that it was), it became an important part of the mainstream narrative to discredit any talk of covert child sexual abuse on the part of Hillary Clinton, John Podesta, and others. Please note that this violent ‘incident’ now accompanies each and every mainstream account of Pizzagate, as exemplified here in the Yahoo article:

While not all conspiracy theories are deadly, those identified in the FBI’s 15-page report led to either attempted or successfully carried-out violent attacks. For example, the Pizzagate conspiracy led a 28-year-old man to invade a Washington, D.C., restaurant to rescue the children he believed were being kept there, and fire an assault-style weapon inside.

The damage-control that went into shutting down Pizzagate was epic, and even involved getting Infowars’ Alex Jones to back down from his initial belief in the phenomenon. Certainly this shooting at the restaurant, courtesy of yet another ‘damaged, deranged individual’ (always the case), gave the mainstream perception-builders some ‘ammunition’ to tell people to stop pursuing this ‘crazy’ theory. The fact that this theory actually makes a lot of sense amid the body of evidence of child sexual abuse in the world that has already been uncovered and admitted to is really why they were so desperate to put a lid on this.

Speaking of ‘damaged, deranged individuals’, it was doubly important that the FBI report had at least one example wherein the QAnon phenomenon could be blamed for potentially dangerous actions that could expand if left unchecked:

(U//FOUO) On 15 June 2018, a Nevada man used an armored truck to block traffic on the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge, held up signs conveying a political demand, then fled into Arizona where he was arrested by Arizona Department of Public Safety, who found body armor, rifles, ammunition, and a flash-bang device inside his vehicle, according to law enforcement information. According to a technical source with direct access, the man referenced the QAnon conspiracy theory directly and discussed related conspiratorial beliefs after his arrest. According to an online news source deemed reliable, he sent letters from jail containing a distinctive QAnon slogan to President Trump and other officials claiming he wanted to expose government corruption and lies.

By comparison with the amount of violence that has been wrought upon the world by some of the global elite’s social engineering initiatives, these ‘examples’ that purportedly demonstrate that so-called ‘fringe’ conspiracy theories are ‘domestic terror threats’ is laughable. And yet it forms the basis of their next prong of perception building, which the global elite is doing with a sense of urgency, since these conspiracy theories truly are a threat–to them.

The Takeaway

Actions that are being taken today by the global elite to control our perception are more obvious and transparent than ever before. Far from being a deterrent, these actions are helping us sense that things are not the way they seem, and hopefully can serve to motivate us to awaken to the truth.
