I wonder, what good is a Supreme Court Justice without a black robe?

The US Supreme Court refused to take up the case of Texas (and a whole bunch of other states) V.  A Bunch of States Wherein Cheating Certainly Gave Biden “a victory.”    The Court “explained,” “The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution,” the Supreme Court’s order reads. “Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”

So, if Texas and about 15 other states do not have standing with regard to corruption of a Presidential Election, who does?  Anybody?  Anybody at all?

Also, I’m thinking that the idea that “Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections,” is legalese for, “WTH! We’re not going to piss off people who think that riots are mostly peaceful by doing our job and telling everybody what everybody already knows, that the vote-counting in these states were as crooked as can be.”  So, what is the point of having a US Supreme Court if it won’t do its job?

If I don’t miss my guess, the position of US Supreme Court Justice is spelled out in the US Constitution, or at least the Court, itself, must be mentioned in there somewhere.  I’d read the Constitution, again, but I’m certainly not as smart as the black-robed sort who are always telling me what’s in it, what the framers meant in it, you know, like it’s awesomely rightful to shred unborn babies to death and for men to marry men.  I looked, once, at the Constitution, and I couldn’t find either of those in there.

You know what I did find?  I found this:  “The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican* form of government,”

As I, in my pitiful not-black-robed-and-therefore-an-inferior-human sort of way, think about what it means to have a republican form of government, I think about voting.
  • After all, the representative republic we are to have requires the people (insignificant as we are compared to the black-robed) to vote.
  • The idea of voting implies the need for counting, as in counting the votes.
  • Implicit in the notion of counting is the decidedly simple idea of being correct in the count.
  • Now, if we figure that a republican form of government requires the correct counting of votes, which we just reasoned together, then it is incumbent on The United States (as mentioned above) to be certain that votes are counted correctly in order to fulfill its guarantee of every state having a republican form of government.

Therefore, if the vote is not counted correctly, then the United States has failed one of its explicit and few responsibilities as per the Constitution which defines and limits it.  And if the United States cannot fulfill such a simple requirement as counting, well, then, I’m sure we’d all like to review the tax liability that we have imposed upon us every year.

Donald Trump didn’t have to pay that 5,000,000 dollars, but only 5 dollars.  I mean, who’s counting?

As liberals have zero respect for the Constitution, I would ask them, would not both the existence of the Supreme Court and the employment of idiots who are Justices of the US Supreme Court be in peril with liberals in power?

I wonder, what good is a Supreme Court Justice without a black robe?

Let’s ponder that for a moment…

We might as well dissolve the court and let the JUSTICES find jobs in restaurants.  Of course, working in a restaurant requires labor and intelligence and diligence.

SUPREME COURT JUSTICE ASSIGNED THE TASK OF WASHING DISHES:  “How do I know that this plate exists, such that I may wash it?  You’ve not demonstrated to me either the existence of this plate, or its need for washing.  And, after all, this plate, if it exists, it has no standing for my taking it up for a washing.”   (Dish Washer V. Dirty Plate, December 2020)

How about we imagine a day in the life of a couple of Supreme Court Justices who are employed at a restaurant, since they don’t see considering the continuing existence of the United States of America as a part of their job.

SCENE:  A man and woman enter a restaurant and are met by a waiter who says to them, “Mffh tee hls tblea.”

Man:  “I’m sorry, what did you say?”
Waiter:  “Mffh tee hls tblea.”

Woman:  “I can’t understand you with that mask on.”
Waiter:  “Mffh tee hls tblea.”

Woman to man:  “I’m sure he said, ‘follow me to a table’ or something like that.”

Waiter nods his head and he leads the man and woman to a table, where they sit down.

Man:  “Didn’t that waiter look like Brett Kavanaugh?”

…ten minutes pass…

A waitress passes by their table and the man says, “Excuse me, could we see a menu, please?”

Waitress:  “Mffh tee hls tblea.”

Man to woman:  “Call me ‘Governor Newsome’ loud enough for the staff to hear you and see what happens.”
Woman to man:  “Yes, Governor Newsome, I’m sure we’ll get service very soon.”

A new waitress shows up immediately.

Elena Kagan, the waitress, having removed her mask, knowing that she doesn’t need one in front of the Chief Hypocrite of California:  “Welcome to Chez ne Scotus.

Man:  “Thank you, may we have menus, please?”

Elena Kagan:  “Yes, sir.  Hey, you’re not the Governor.”

Man:  “No I’m not, thank you.”

Elena Kagan drops a menu attempting to pass it to the woman.

…ten seconds pass with the menu on the floor…

Woman:  “Are you going to pick up and give me that menu?”

Elena Kagan:  “No, you don’t have standing to ask for that.”

Woman, noticing much dried food on the plate and silver wear at her table, “These utensils and this plate need a good washing.”

Elena Kagan:  “Dang it!  John Roberts is washing dishes today.  Can’t that ass do anything right?”
