Neo-Christian Pastors like Robert Jeffress of the First Baptist Church of Dallas and John Hagee of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, TX were bookends for the inaugural celebration of the US Embassy in Jerusalem. Jeffress offered up the prayer of dedication and Hagee the benediction. Israeli newspaper Haaretz described Jeffress & Hagee as part of the “axis of fundamentalist, messianic End-Times-adoring elements that increasingly dominate ties between the two countries [Israel & US].”

Neo-Christian Pastor Robert Jeffress, a spiritual adviser to Donald Trump, offered up the prayer at the inauguration of Teh US embassy in Jerusalem.
