I had never seen a long interview with Snowden until he did a remote interview with Joe Rogan a few days ago and during this interview all kind of alarm bells were going off and it was clear this guy is most likely not legit and is being used by the intelligence agencies in some manner. First it became clear that this guy exhibits a very narcissistic personality and just LOVES the sound of his own voice and talking about himself. He also thinks he’s the smartest person in the room. Listening to the way he talks it is clear he has been coached in how to present himself in interviews, in public by the way he talks and has probably had acting lessons, linguistic training and possibly coached in how to lie convincingly (trying to cover tells). I have never seen someone who is described as a “computer genius/nerd” act the way he does w/o any real awkwardness, insecurity or many of the other attributes that fit most all extremely gifted computer nerds.

Having worked in the IT industry for years before Snowden started in the industry I can say with 99% certainty that his work experience is either total BS or has been GREATLY exaggerated like when he said his first position in IT was as the leader of a very senior engineering team w/n the NSA or CIA after just turning 21yrs old. This is a guy who dropped out of HS, was pushed out of the Army (that story stinks as well), and worked for a security contractor as a campus security guard at U of MD where he got low level security clearance which supposedly led to him working for the CIA. The CIA & NSA don’t hire people with no technical background or experience and put them in charge of other SENIOR system engineers as a senior engineer can take 7-15yrs of real world experience before you could get a position as the head of a program like this. Ask anyone in IT if his story is legit or makes any kind of sense.

He then tells us how all CIA and NSA projects are compartmentalized, and you only have access to info you need to know. This is standard in those agencies as well as many corporate environments. Well somehow Snowden was granted the HIGHEST security clearance where he had access to all this data (a HS dropout w/ no degree or IT certs) where even department managers and directors only had compartmentalized access to their own information. So he could see EVERYTHING the agencies were doing, AS A CONTRACTOR NOT EVEN AN EMPLOYEE, and seemed to have no oversight.

Both of Snowden’s parents worked for the government and he grew up close to Langley, so I suspect his parents were spooks or worked for spooks. I have a feeling that the gov either used Snowden as a patsy to release this data with people planted around him manipulating him to “do the right thing” and the gov, knowing his narcissism, knew he would seek attention and the “hero” status, and those close to him were used to push him in the right direction. There is no other reason for him to have the access that he had. ZERO reason.

So why would they do this? Well the NSA and CIA had both broken their charters by spying on American citizens w/n the US and this was clear from 2003 onward and many in the IT sector knew this was happening as we talked about it often before Snowden’s releases. We were told over and over by how law enforcement was finding data on criminals in the US and overseas. It was clear they were monitoring most all calls, emails, etc from how they described the way they caught people let alone the announcements of programs they issues press releases for telling us of their capabilities but then never told us HOW they were bing used. Do you think they just shelved this new technology? No they were using it since they created it!

So they used Snowden as a way to inform the citizens of what was happening w/o doing it themselves and the reason for this is that the citizens should have revolted/protested if they were really against what was happening. So now the public has knowledge of what is going on and no massive protests, so this gave the NSA/CIA a green light to continue their illegal actions as they can now say “congress didn’t stop us”, “the citizens didn’t protest” “all of you knew what we were doing and it was your duty to protest”. So they HAD to tell us what they were doing and the best way was unofficially with Snowden and probably Bradley Manning (another MKultra victim most likely – that is why he had the gender issue).

If you want to see how a real whistle blower is treated, look at Julian Assange. Snowden is either unwittingly doing what the intelligence agencies bidding, or has been trained to do this 100%.

IDK what all this means, but there is no way you can believe this guy if you have ever worked in IT or worked with government agencies. They rely on the general public being totally ignorant of how their system works and that even computer “geniuses” don’t get senior level engineering positions at 21yrs old with no background in the field. I can’t describe how STUPID this story is. I did some work at a state/federal NOC that had ex air force personell working there and they had 8-12 years IT experience in the service and they were still about 10 years out of a senior engineering position and these guys taught me A LOT in the few times I worked with them, they knew A LOT and they had had high level clearance for over 12-15 years.
