There are a great many things that 2016 presidential hopeful Donald Trump has promised the American people – and most of them are things that people want to hear. However, his most recent promise may have just guaranteed him the White House after what he said he’d do to Hillary Clinton if he was elected.

The remarks unraveled in front of a live Nevada audience after Fox News’ Sean Hannity asked Trump if his Attorney General would go after Hillary for breaking the law while serving in the Obama administration. Much to everyone’s surprise, Trump simply replied by saying, “You have no choice. In fairness, you have to look into that.”

“She seems to be guilty,” he went on to say. “But you know what, I wouldn’t even say that.”

He then continued on his point, saying that it’s only reasonable that those not politically swayed in her direction actually look into the matter. “Certainly, it has to be looked at,” Trump further added. “If a Republican wins, if I’m winning, certainly you will look at that as being fair to anyone else. So unfair to the people that have been prosecuted over the years for doing much less than she did.”

Now, there have only been two presidents impeached, Presidents Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton, but it just goes to show that no one is untouchable. When you look at the things for which her husband was impeached, it’s eerily familiar.

Donald Trump Promises To Investigate Hillary Clinton If Elected

Sure, Bill Clinton did unspeakable things in the White House, but he was essentially impeached for lying to Congress regarding his actions. Here we are today, and his wife is doing the same exact thing, except on a matter of sharing classified info over a personal server, which some have alleged that Russia and China had access to.

Either way, Trump got quite a bit of support after saying he was going to have Hillary investigated if elected. Now all the American people need to do is sit back, wait until the election in November, and wait to hear Hillary’s arrest over the evening news. It can’t be stressed enough how long overdue such a reality is. Heck, even Hillary herself said no one “is too big to jail.” I hope she chokes on her own words.
