The Host

 

Melanie McBee is from Suburban Chicago. Adopted by a respected Mormon family, she is originally from Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota which is statistically the most dangerous and poorest county in the United States.

Melanie studied Business Management and Marketing Management at ITT Technical Institute, Stevens Henagar University and through experience with her parents’ businesses.
Melanie owned a Subcontracting business, Supervised Restaurants and is a new business owner with her 2 Sons, of Native Things.

Melanie is an Activist and Advocate for her Tribe the (Oglala Lakota Sioux) and the American Indian People, exposing the ongoing oppression of the United States Government, internal corruption of the Tribal Council(s) and challenging the powers that be.

Mining & how that affects our lands.
