You see this on social media where it is obvious that numerous influencers pay for follows, likes and engagement via bots. Streamers will also artificially boost their live viewers to give people the perception that they are more popular than they really are.

Everything is so fake and ridiculous. It is basically the “Dead Internet Theory” on full display.
