Dayton Killer Appears To Have Been a Leftist Who Supported Elizabeth Warren

Here’s how a “narrative” should die.

Democratic presidential hopefuls and the mainstream media have been plugging away at the idea that President Donald Trump is somehow to blame for the actions of a mass-murdering maniac in El Paso, Texas, on Saturday, based on rantings the killer posted on the internet.

But those same biased commentators are likely to ignore the same kind of source when it comes to the mass-murdering maniac in Dayton, Ohio, on Sunday morning — because it’s not what they want to believe at all.

According to the news and cultural website Heavy, the 24-year-old who murdered nine people in Dayton before being killed by police had a social media history that was heavy on leftist politics and a pro-Satan outlook — and implored his followers to vote Democrat in the 2018 midterms.

That isn’t exactly the “Make America Great Again” type.

According to Heavy, the killer’s Twitter handle was “@iamthespookster.” That account has been suspended.

The site said it “confirmed the Twitter page through multiple verification factors, including a matching tattoo on both a page selfie and prominent news outlets’ pictures … several family linkages to the page; similar photos, including of him and the family dog, on the page and family members’ verified accounts, including its name; and references to college and growing up in Ohio and Dayton.”

And what the account contained were positive references to Satan and socialism, an endorsement of Democratic presidential candidate and Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, slams of Trump and loathing for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, as well as a touch of “climate change” hysteria.

In short, except for the Satan references, it could have been one of countless Democratic accounts on social media.

Here are some of the pictures Heavy captured before the account was suspended hours after the shooting:

On Nov. 2, four days before Americans went to the polls for the first midterms of Trump’s time in the White House, the gunman urged readers to “Vote blue for gods sake.”

There was a warm welcome for the idea of a President Warren:

And there was the almost obligatory nod to “global warming,” with a post that contained a picture of Smokey Bear wearing a hammer-and-sickle bandana with a blackboard lesson declaring: “Remember! The planet isn’t dying, it’s being killed.’

Yet it’s a solid bet there will be no mainstream suggestions that socialism, Democrats, Elizabeth Warren or the environmental movement are responsible for the carnage in Dayton on Sunday morning.

Nor should there be. Because in cases like these, the killer’s political views really don’t matter.

The fact is, there are disturbed, evil people in the world, and they’re going to act on disturbed, evil impulses — like the Bernie Sanders supporter who nearly killed Louisiana Rep. Steve Scalise and wounded others at a Republican baseball practice in 2017.

The mainstream media narrative  — fueled by ambitious Democrats – is blaming Saturday’s murders in El Paso on the man in the White House, who is no more responsible for it than Elizabeth Warren is for the carnage in Ohio.

The victims in Texas and Dayton didn’t deserve to die. But this mainstream media narrative definitely does.
