What has consumed our country and the world right now is the disease of fear. What is being promoted to us as a pandemic has no logic and makes no scientific sense. We are being manipulated into engaging, without informed consent, in a huge medical and fiscal experiment.

The governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, on March 13, 2020, declared a disaster in Texas. He made this declaration because 30 people had contracted COVID 19, and 50 more had been tested and the results were pending.

On these statistics, he declared that 29 million people would shelter in place, wear masks, and shutter their businesses, with the exception of essential businesses. He and his cohorts determined what an essential business was. It wasn’t the Courts. The courts were shut down and all public buildings were closed to the public, regardless of their situation or their need to be heard. This is a violation of the Texas Constitution. This is unconscionable behavior.

On June 21, 2010, the number of deaths in Texas was 2,182, which is 0.007 of the population. In Travis County that figure is 114 deaths, bringing the percentage of death to 0.0089. Neither of these figures rises to the 1% level, yet 99% of Texans are being frightened by this propaganda.

Immediately upon declaring the disaster, these officials were eligible for billions of dollars in disaster aid. That aid, except for a few crumbs, is not given to you the People, it is under government control. As a result, of these actions, I filed a suit for racketeering and domestic terrorism.

Take a Stand for Liberty with Dessie

I am Dr. Dessie Maria Andrews.  I hold a Ph.D. in Constitutional Study and Law.  Cut me and I bleed red, white and blue.  I am from pioneer stock and was raised to put my shoulder to the wheel, fight for the underdog, and be tenacious.

Growing up, my mother held classes in our kitchen spilling hot oil, setting the stove on fire, all sorts of scenerios and drills until we, as children, learned not to fear, but to assess the situation and find a solution.  As a result of training, I don’t panic and I don’t fear.

I have been an ardent researcher and scholar of American history all my life.  I started by reading the Declartion of Independence every single night when I was a teenager.  I have lived eleven of my adult years in foreign countries, where I got to watch the United States from the outside, much like looking into a fishbowl.

We have many problems, but I believe by uniting we can take long strides towards fixing those problems.

I am asking you to contribute to this cause, not only to support me in this legal battle, but to pledge your faith and belief to the resurrection of our republican form of government.  Every dollar that is pledged will be used, not only to count the thousands of people who don’t condone nor consent to a government run by agencies, but to fight the battle on a grander scale because there is strength in numbers and you have just cast your vote for the Power of One.  One People, One Republic, One Declaration of Independence, and One United States of America Constitution.

We all live in America.  As Americans, we are taught to vote.  Year after year, election after election, we do just that.  To what avail?  Once a “representative” is elected, does he or she represent the people?  The answer is no, we are seldom or never heard from again.

They coerce our vote but they don’t hear our voices.

We are in the middle of a giant upheaval in this country, a declared disaster.  We seem to have no control over what is happening to us.  Did we vote for this?  Would it help if we could vote against it?  No.

This is what I have done.

The only thing I could do against this horrendous violation of my liberty and freedoms was to sue the governor and local officials.  I did just that.  I charged them with domestic terrorism because these officials engaged in conduct which is dangerous to human life.  There is not one standardized scientific study which would justify the wearing of masks, social distancing, quarantine of the healthy or forced closure of economic enterprises.

In order to accomplish compliance, they terrified the people who, believing it to be in their best interest, ran home, closed their doors, and cowered in fear.  The captive TV audience was bombarded with propaganda that terrified them and made them fear for their lives.
