I wonder, what good is a Supreme Court Justice without a black robe?

The US Supreme Court refused to take up the case of Texas (and a whole bunch of other states) V. A Bunch of States Wherein Cheating Certainly Gave Biden “a victory.” The Court “explained,” “The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution,” the Supreme Court’s order reads. “Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”
- After all, the representative republic we are to have requires the people (insignificant as we are compared to the black-robed) to vote.
- The idea of voting implies the need for counting, as in counting the votes.
- Implicit in the notion of counting is the decidedly simple idea of being correct in the count.
- Now, if we figure that a republican form of government requires the correct counting of votes, which we just reasoned together, then it is incumbent on The United States (as mentioned above) to be certain that votes are counted correctly in order to fulfill its guarantee of every state having a republican form of government.
