Nearly every day for decades I’ve heard average Americans declare how fed up they are with the criminal element out in Washington, DC and their own state legislatures. They call talk radio. They attend various functions where they bluster about what should be done to restore America to a Constitutional Republic. Then they go home.

What do you suppose would have happened if people like Patrick Henry, Nathan Hale (the British hanged 21-year-old Master Hale considered a spy), John Hancock or Benjamin Franklin did nothing more than talk the talk instead of walk the talk? Would we have a U.S. Constitution? How about Thomas Jefferson, who penned the Declaration of Independence at the age of 33? The fire for freedom burned in the belly of Jefferson and he risked everything to stand up for a new America. Patrick Henry was only 31 years old when he gave his ‘Liberty or Death’ speech.

The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land. It is the document written by our Founding Fathers that tells the government what they can and cannot do on behalf of the united States. What is not specifically enumerated is covered in the Tenth Amendment. Joseph Story, Associate Justice, U.S. Supreme Court, Commentaries on the Constitution, 1833:

“Another not unimportant consideration is that the powers of the general government will be, and indeed must be, principally employed upon external objects, such as war, peace, negotiations with foreign powers and foreign commerce. In its internal operations it can touch but few objects, except to introduce regulations beneficial to the commerce, intercourse and other relations, between the states, and to lay taxes for the common good.

“The powers of the states, on the other hand, extend to all objects, which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, and liberties, and property of the people, and the internal order, improvement and prosperity of the state.”

We must look to the Tenth Amendment: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.” The Bill of Rights simply reinforces to the government that our homes and persons are not to be violated by any statute, regulation or politicians trying to score points in the latest poll. No where in the U.S. Constitution does it give the government the authority to plunder the wages of Americans through direct taxation (Read Vivien Kellems statement, scroll down; A Pioneer on the withholding issue.) Not to mention the Sixteenth Amendment, the so-called income tax amendment was never properly ratified. (See TAXATION on constitutional criminal defense attorney, Larry Becraft’s web site.)

Later this week (millions will take off on Friday for a three-day holiday) real Americans – not the socialist and communist scum gaining ground will celebrate our independence. President Trump has gone to great lengths to make this past week and leading up to Independence Day a grand series of events to celebrate the greatest country in the history of mankind. And then what?

I know tens and tens of millions of real Americans have daily obligations like working to feed themselves or their family. Time just seems to slip by trying to get things done – especially with two working parents.

Think those responsible for birthing this constitutional republic (we are NOT a democracy) weren’t busy? Today I turn 77 but I didn’t begin my journey for truth and saving our republic until almost 34 years ago. I used to water ski (single) all the time. Best dressed on the bunny ski slopes (Lake Tahoe, Aspen). Fishing was my real passion. While never a hunter, I did take a survival course in the Georgia Mountains many decades ago at the insistence of a beau at the time. In other words, I worked and pursued happiness. Then nearly 34 years ago, my life changed.

Along the way these past decades, I have watched and tried to do my part to inform and educate Americans about NAFTA, CAFTA, WTO/GATT, the Basil agreements, the diabolical banking cartels and the rot and corruption in both DC and state legislatures in California and Colorado and for the past 20 years I’ve lived here in W. Texas.

I’ve watched people vote for their own destruction for candidates or incumbents based on skin color and lies. By the time professional liar and cheat, usurper Hussein Obama, soiled OUR White House and told the American people how he was going to fundamentally change America, I knew we were getting close to the edge of a cliff. We have been invaded by millions who care nothing for our laws. Who hate OUR culture – like muslims. Well, you know of what I speak.

Crazies and the brainwashed who have bought into the poison of socialism, the first stepping stone towards communism. Massive crime by illegal aliens (NOT “migrants”) from Mexico and South American countries.

Europe is now paying for their “tolerance” and starting to deport the human trash they allowed to illegally enter their countries and have caused nothing but crime (murders, rapes and misery) while on the public dole. Just like here.

And, of course, the undeclared “wars” in Iraq and Afghanistan based on lies. And now Iran, the biggest sponsors of godless terrorists on this planet and the target is us.

Do we or we don’t have a Constitution? We now have hundreds of federal judges who are so politically biased they should have been impeached years ago. The Bill of Rights mean nothing to them unless it benefits the Democrat Communist Party USA. Are our rights unalienable, or will The People allow them to be bargained away for political agendas or to international gangsters?

Do we the American people live for freedom, or for bondage and slavery at the hands of the global masters? Is freedom just an empty word?

Are we less than our Founding Fathers? Have our material possessions or fear become more important than going right to the source of America’s misery and tell the power brokers that we’ve had enough?

If we live in bondage and slavery, not only will we die cowards, we will die without honor.

Are you willing to stand for principle instead of compromise? There are probably a few thousand groups and organizations fighting back – especially against election fraud so we can get true, patriotic America loving elected officials this mid-term in November. I hope you will become part of America’s freedom fighters (no, not violent like the paid POS like ANTIFA and the burned-out scammers, BLM).

Join as Americans (illegal aliens and muslims excluded because you’re an infidel and must die; they are taught to lie and cheat their whole lives) and become one nation for all regardless of skin color or religion (Islam is not a religion). This 4^th celebrate our independence from the British and for our freedoms and liberty. Be proud of OUR America.

I pray July 4^th in DC wrapping up Trump’s weeks long celebration of our Republic and independence will be a great success and not another tragedy like the attempted assassination of President Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, who has been working nearly every day of the week and many long hours every day. Not just fighting off the rodents in the Democrat Communist Party USA but RINO’s in CONgress who hate Trump. Personally, I believe they are jealous of Donald Trump because deep down inside they know they’re losers.

Pray, ask for God’s forgiveness and after July 4^th, get involved locally with a group or organization working to defeat our domestic enemies. And remember: Elections have consequences. Just look at what’s happening in NYC with Marxist Mamdani. Already a disaster which will worsen.

Pgs 3, 4: “Causes of Misunderstanding about the Holy War. In any case, this is a part of political tactics. But from a purely scholastic standpoint when we analyze the causes due to which the red nature of the ‘Holy War for the Cause of God’ has become difficult to understand not only for non-Muslims but Muslims themselves, we discover two major and basic misconceptions.

“The first misunderstanding is that they consider Islam to be a religion in the conventional sense of the term ‘religion’. The second misconception is that they take Muslims to be a ‘Nation’ in the technical sense of this term. These two misunderstandings have not only mixed up the concept of Jihād’ but have changed the picture of Islam as a whole and have wholly misrepresented the position of the Muslim people. In common terminology ‘religion’ means nothing more than a hotch potch of some beliefs, prayers and rituals…”

Pg. 5: “But the truth is that Islam is not the name of a ‘Religion’, nor is ‘Muslim’ the title of a ‘Nation’. In reality Islam is a revolutionary ideology and programme which seeks to alter the social order of the whole world and rebuild it in conformity with its own tenets and ideals. ‘Muslim’ is the title of that International Revolutionary Party organized by Islam to carry into effect its revolutionary programme. And ‘Jihad’ refers to that revolutionary struggle and utmost exertion which the Islamic Party brings into play to achieve this objective…”

Pgs. 6, 7: “Islam wishes to destroy all states and governments anywhere on the face of the earth which are opposed to the ideology and programme of Islam regardless of the country or the Nation which rules it. The purpose of Islam is to set up a state on the basis of its own ideology and programme, regardless of which nation assumes the role of the standard-bearer of Islam or the rule of which nation is undermined in the process of the establishment of an ideological Islamic State.

“Islam requires the earth—not just a portion, but the whole planet—not because the sovereignty over the earth should be wrested from one nation or several nations and vested in one particular nation, but because the entire mankind should benefit from the ideology and welfare programme or what would be truer to say from ‘Islam’ which is the programme of well-being for all humanity. Towards this end, Islam wishes to press into service all forces which can bring about a revolution and a composite term for the use of all these forces is ‘Jihad’.

If you read the whole thing, you’ll get a clear understanding of the goals of Islam; page 27 is a real eye opener: ‘THE STATUS OF THE DHIMMIS (Non-Believers) under the Protection of an Islamic Government.’ Islam is a political party hell bent on forcing every human on this earth to “worship” their putrid ideology, Muhammed and some god named allah. That includes Sharia Law and mutilating little girl’s genitals. They are sexual sadists.
