Nancy Pelosi: Planned Parenthood Body Part Trafficking Is a “Controversy That Doesn’t Exist”

For those who thought that the murderers and their supporters would take this lying down—you are either naive or crazy.  There is one thing that leftists have always been known for and that is propaganda.  They have an uncanny knack for using people’s laziness against them, and that same tactic is being used against Planned Parenthood’s baby chop-shop videos.

Breitbart reports:

Thursday at her weekly press briefing, House Minority Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) addressed the growing controversy over videos that show Planned Parenthood doctors negotiating the sale of fetal tissue from abortions and said it was a “controversy that doesn’t exist” and suggested it was being manufactured by Republicans.

That’s right!  Nothing to see here!  No baby parts being sold here, move along.  Pelosi is using the first and best tactic.  It is the famous “it is not even a thing” tactic.  She simply begins to call the issue fictitious.  It is being made up: a fabrication to destroy a good thing.  Here the good thing the whistle-blower is out to destroy is a provider of women’s health.  You know those Republicans hate healthy women.

Breitbart continues:

Pelosi said, “[Republicans] been out to get Planned Parenthood for as long as I can remember.”

“This is about women’s health. Planned Parenthood has said they have done nothing illegal.”

Next, you give your first warning shot.

She added, “Let’s have an investigation of those people who are trying to ensnare Planned Parenthood in a controversy that doesn’t exist.”

We must recognize that within this last quote is a very serious but veiled threat.  She just told the people at the Center for Medical Progress that they had better not release another video.  They attack those who attack them because when you attack their means of keeping the population low, you are attacking them.  And the wheels of prosecution have begun to turn.

Free Beacon reports:

Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D., Ill.), who has endorsed Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination for president, is leading a group of House Democrats who accuse the Center for Medical Progress of possibly violating federal and state law when secretly recording videos of Planned Parenthood officials discussing the sale of aborted baby parts.

She has sent a letter to the DOJ:

“This elaborate scheme raises serious questions about whether any federal or state laws were violated in securing the LLC or the personal identification that were part of its execution,” the Democratic lawmakers wrote.

Schakowsky and her fellow representatives also speculated about a “possible coordination between the Center for Medical Progress and members of Congress who knew about the first video weeks in advance of its release.”

The note was signed by Reps. Zoe Lofgren (D., Calif.), Jerry Nadler (D., N.Y.), and Yvette Clarke (D., N.Y.).

Now this is the second of a three-prong attack.  The first was a well-known and longtime public figure.  That figure denies and threatens—there is nothing to see, but if there is, it is the illegal action of the attacker.  The second is the flexing of muscles—it shows that the threat is not a fake and that the power and will is there to cause the CMP problems.  Legal problems.  The third prong is the Leftist Media.

Breitbart reports:

The New York Times weighed in on the Planned Parenthood sting videos Wednesday with an editorial that reads like a press release for America’s largest abortion provider. Like a press release, the Times’ editorial conveniently omits any evidence which might tend to undercut its claims.

The New York Times wrote:

The full video of the lunch meeting, over two hours long and released by the Center for Medical Progress after complaints by Planned Parenthood, shows something very different from what these critics claim. Clearly, the shorter version was edited to eliminate statements by Dr. Nucatola explaining that Planned Parenthood does not profit from tissue donation, which requires the clear consent of the patient. Planned Parenthood affiliates only accept money — between $30 and $100 per specimen, according to Dr. Nucatola — to cover costs associated with collecting and transporting the tissue. “This is not something with any revenue stream that affiliates are looking at,” she said. Under federal law, facilities may be reimbursed for costs associated with fetal tissue donation, like transportation and storage.

This is an attempt to “whitewash,” as Breitbart put it, the words clearly caught on video.  In fact, Breitbart makes clear that the NYT’s piece is a colossal failure.

Dr. Nucatola, who said, in another clip cut from the first video, “They want to break even. And if they can do a little better than break even, and do so in a way that seems reasonable, they’re happy to do that.” Doing “a little better” than breaking even is called a profit. Perhaps not a large one, given the danger of being caught breaking federal law, but a profit nonetheless.

The battle has just begun, and Christians need to recognize that, though the brutality of the wicked is revealed, it is the righteous that will be attacked.  Do not fool yourselves.  These politicians know full well what Planned Parenthood is doing and how, and they have no intention of stopping this madness.
