New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, when asked if New Zealand’s Covid policies will create a two-tiered society, with non-vaccinated citizens being denied rights, readily agreed with a smile and said, “that is what it is.” When cases of Covid rise, the unvaccinated will face lockdowns and restrictions that the rest of the population can ignore. Two classes of people will follow two very different sets of laws in the same country. PM Ardern has already threatened unvaccinated citizens with being quarantined for at least an extra 14 days in isolation camps if they refuse being tested. Unvaccinated citizens will be faced with much tighter restrictions, being unable to use “close contact” businesses like restaurants, bars and gyms. They will also be prevented from gathering in groups of more than 10 people. New Zealand was on its way to becoming a police state before Covid struck.
