In my column last week, NO Amnesty for Illegal Aliens, I covered the latest effort underway to give certain illegal aliens special treatment:

(The Trump conglomerate of holdings include hotels, golf courses and other hospitality businesses.)

This legislation is being cooked up by Trump’s new Agriculture Secretary, Brook Rollins and Susie Wiles, his Chief of Staff.  Trump apparently told his supporters at a rally at the Iowa State Fairgrounds Americans who don’t support amnesty for illegal farm and hospitality workers are “Serious Radical Right People”.  Really?  Doesn’t the Trump Organization own hotels and golf courses – hospitality workers.

On July 16, 2025, President Trump let go with this one which caused a massive firestorm:

After I picked up my jaw off the ground, my first thought was something Hildebeast Clinton said in 2016 that broke her broom stick: “Notably, in September 2016, while speaking at a fundraiser in New York, Clinton infamously said Trump and half of his supporters belong in a “basket of deplorables.” Now — as her opinion piece from Wednesday made clear — she still holds onto that view and then some.” The Western Journal, Sept. 26, 2024

As I write this it also reminds me of something President Theodore Roosevelt said:

“The President is merely the most important among a large number of public servants. He should be supported or opposed exactly to the degree which is warranted by his good conduct or bad conduct, his efficiency or inefficiency in rendering loyal, able, and disinterested service to the Nation as a whole.

“Therefore it is absolutely necessary that there should be full liberty to tell the truth about his acts, and this means that it is exactly necessary to blame him when he does wrong as to praise him when he does right. Any other attitude in an American citizen is both base and servile.

“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public. Nothing but the truth should be spoken about him or anyone else. In Trump’s opinion I am now a “serious radical right” like millions who voted for him as I did three times. Don’t support amnesty for illegal farm and hospitality workers and suddenly I’m the bad lady. Americans do want the truth about the of Jeffrey Epstein mess.  Was there a cover-up and who was paying for his lavish lifestyle?  The CIA? Who? Now President Trump doesn’t want me as a supporter of what he’s trying to get done for asking legitimate questions.

I don’t believe for a second Trump was involved in Epstein’s immoral and illegal activities and lifestyle.  If there was anything, the DemonRats would have had it plastered on a million billboards nationwide before the 2024 election.  (Jamie Raskin Flails After Host Corners Him on Why Dems Didn’t Care About the Epstein Files Until Now, July 18, 2025)

Elected officials who believe they are above the law right along with illegal aliens. Put her in a strait  jacket: LA Mayor Karen Bass’ Comment About Trump and the Border Was so Crazy Even Martha Raddatz Was WTF?!, July 20, 2025: “On Sunday, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass insanely said President Donald Trump had done nothing good with the border because he’s kept people from entering the country illegally.”

But President Trump must have received a lot of heat and appears to be making make some adjustments in his plans regarding amnesty which is good. Not amnesty but a new program only for our ag sector.  Returning to the issue of giving special treatment for agriculture and hospitality workers.  I covered this extensively in my column last week regarding the need for seasonal ag workers who follow OUR immigration laws.

Question of Pathway to Citizenship

Some argue that ILLEGAL aliens who smuggled themselves across our border 10-20 years ago and have been model “citizens” since, should be given special treatment to become LEGAL citizens.

That’s like saying, well, okay, I snuck across the border in violation of U.S. immigration laws, robbed a bank back in 1987 but then I got forged papers, hired illegally by a company, grocery store, have a family, am a good neighbor so I should be given special treatment.  And, I get to keep my house or car financed by a crime!

No matter how “nice” your illegal alien neighbor or co-worker is, this isn’t a popularity contest.  Reagan should NEVER have given amnesty to illegals because all he did was open the door for more to come here, steal jobs that Americans WILL and do, steal our resources like water, created a massive house and apt shortage in the mythical “sanctuary” states and/or cities while you struggle to pay your medical plan costs, that nice neighbor gets it free to treat all the diseases they brought with them.

Joe Biden’s handlers opened the border after President Trump was cheated out of his second term. The tidal wave hit and tens of millions of illegals have all but collapsed our medical system; treatment and availability of doctors and services for which they have NO right.

Ask me. I have a particular problem and have had to wait from 30-50 days for an appointment with a specialist.  I never divulge my sources, but fact:  Illegals are taking up available appointment dates and overloading ER hospitals in this West part of Texas flooded with illegals.  They simply present their federal “free” card while you sit around for HOURS waiting. Think I’m exaggerating?  Oh, and let’s not forget how this has driven up the cost of YOUR health care premiums while illegals raid your wallet.

Illegal aliens are entitled to NOTHING but a ticket back to where they came from regardless of when they got here or what country; under Biden, illegal aliens have come from over 100 countries. The list goes on.

Think the feds are going to fix the problem?  Great but it’s just the beginning: HHS Bars Illegal Aliens From Taxpayer-Funded Health Programs, July 11, 2025: “For too long, the government has diverted hardworking Americans’ tax dollars to incentivize illegal immigration,” HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. said. “Today’s action changes that—it restores integrity to federal social programs, enforces the rule of law, and protects vital resources for the American people.”

“Several programs have been added to the definition of “federal public benefit” under the new rule, including programs controlled by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, health workforce grant programs, and most notably, Head Start programs for children.”

So, tell me Secretary Kennedy, just where in Art. 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution does it authorize Congress to fund anything to do with education as it’s a Tenth Amendment issue – internal for the states.  It doesn’t nor is there any language authorizing CON-gress to fund “federal public benefits” – again, that falls to the states. I could write a whole column (and have over the past 3 decades) regarding the blatant disregard by CON-gress for the U.S. Constitution for votes.

Besides the endless crimes committed by illegal aliens (a neighbor says, he was such a nice man, such nice hard working people), the costs are bankrupting our hospitals, referring back to the column above: “In August 2024, Gov. Greg Abbott also signed an executive order requiring Texas hospitals to collect and report healthcare costs for illegal aliens every quarter.

“In April, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission reported that $121 million was incurred in a single month for healthcare costs for individuals who are not lawfully in the United States.” My tax dollars.

Stealing the fruits of YOUR labor and your ability to afford to buy food, so please save the sob stories.  Illegals are entitled to be deported, period so that travesty has to stop and it must be done by your state legislators and signed by a governor into law. Medicaid is for Americans and naturalized Americans who legitimately need a helping hand.

BREAKING: Trump to Sign Executive Order to Ban ALL Federal Taxpayer Benefits to Illegal Aliens, Feb. 19, 2025.  (No doubt the Democrat/Communist Party USA will be filing lawsuits all over the country. – Trump should have also included all levels of state governments, but I thank him for getting this going.)
