Tom Frieden, Director of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced Sunday his fears of a growing “outbreak” of measles in the U.S..

“We are very concerned by the growing number of people who are susceptible to measles, and the possibility that we could have a large outbreak in this country as a result”, said Frieden.

Although Frieden’s agenda is clear as he has already made a major push for everyone to get vaccinated, even making mention how some parents are leery of doing so.

Frieden also stated, “One in six kids could have a fever ten days after, but the vaccine is safe and effective. And for those parents that may think that measles is gone, it’s still here, and it can be quite serious.”, essentially informing people that the vaccine may fail, while touting its effectiveness at the same time in a classic case of doublespeak.

Frieden even appeared on ABC’s “The Week”, pushing for further vaccination efforts.

Additionally President Obama even made a push to tell parents to vaccinate their children in an interview with NBC’s Savannah Guthrie recently saying, “You should get your kids vaccinated. It’s good for them, but we should be able to get back to the point where measles effectively is not existing in this country.”

Measles has been reported to be in California, Nebraska, and Arizona, and 11 other states, as tensions continue to run high.

After Jan. 1 a total of 84 cases have been confirmed in the U.S. alone.

Although some, like conspiracy radio talk show host Alex Jones, are saying it’s all hype. Jones even mentioned during a recent radio broadcast that his children were not vaccinated for measles.  They did contract the virus at one point, but got over it soon after, Jones mentioned in a push to inform the public of the establishment’s corruption.
