My column last week dealt with the obscene decision by the U.S. Supreme Court regarding the “birthright citizenship” scam and lucrative industry. If you haven’t read it, you need to because CONgress comes back from their Independence Day (July 4th) recess today.
Twelve Years and FINALLY a Senator with Courage, July 7, 2026: “So, you can imagine my shock when my cousin in S. Dakota sent me email on July 1, 2026, to let me know about an interview with Laura Ingraham on FOX (I haven’t owned a TV for over ten years) who had an interview with Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno whom I was not familiar with.
Sen. Moreno said as soon as CONgress comes back from their July 4th “recess” (July 13th) he’s going to introduce Harry Reid’s ‘identical’ bill. I almost fell off my chair. After more than a decade with me hammering on this in many columns, out of the clear blue here’s a U.S. Senator who’s actually going to introduce that bill.
“Sen. Moreno is on the Homeland Security Committee in Congress who made no bones about it: SCOTUS’s decision is an extremely serious threat to the homeland’s security.” Rest at link above and very important.
After SCOTUS sold out these united States of America, several members of CONgress immediately said we need a constitutional amendment. Yes, that would work but can take years.

Let’s start with California or maybe Michigan. No. First get Dirty Harry’s bill (my column above) passed and have Trump sign it before the mid-term election in November.
I closed my column by writing there’s one more thing that MUST get done that should have been done in Trump’s first term when he had a GOP majority in both chambers for 18 months:
Term Limits – Do you know there was a term limits caucus in CONgress for years? (Their web site is now gone.) My U.S. Rep. Jodie Arrington, thankfully is retiring but I was surprised he was one of the supporters. Some supporters of term limits believe the only path to success is a CON-Con or Constitutional Convention. That would be the final death rattle for our republic and is NOT a requirement for getting a constitutional amendment passed and signed into law.
Just like the “anchor baby” industry scam, I’ve been on the term limits issue for a long time. This is a constitutional amendment we must fight for, Dec, 19, 2016: “Amendments to the U.S. Constitution have thankfully been few since our constitutional republic was birthed. The ignorance in this country regarding the founding of this republic and the U.S. Constitution is sad and dangerous. The well executed plan to dumb down generations of Americans using government indoctrination centers they call public schools has been wildly successful. How many times do we hear ‘our democracy’ on the stupid tube, talk radio or speakers who don’t even know our legal form of government?
“The push in those communist incubators to brainwash America’s children with their global citizen propaganda has also been hugely successful. Is it any wonder so many adult Americans today under the age of 40 have no connection to our roots, no appreciation of the sacrifices made to make America a new country or the importance of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights?
“Too many Americans, primarily those who identify as progressive liberals (Marxists) or just run of the mill liberals (socialists) have worked hard over the years to destroy the very document, the U.S. Constitution, that has given them the greatest freedoms known to mankind in any country on this earth. Most of the time they work to get their way using agenda driven judges allowed to remain on the federal bench AND the U.S. Supreme Court…
“The need is for the American people to wake the hell up and stop reelecting the same incumbents back to the U.S. Congress with the help of human and electronic vote fraud. Once again, last month the people of this country reelected 94% of the same crooks, cowards and thieves back to the U.S. Congress and somehow think there will be change. The only difference is this time around is Donald Trump, the NY street fighter, will be in the oval office. As Dr. Sebastian Gorka so brilliantly put it: “I’d like to recognize the fact that after eight years of Pajama Boys, it’s time for the alpha males to come back.”
“With an 11% approval rating the people of this country reelected the same people from both parties who have been destroying us. But, as I have written so many times over the years: the November election starts with the primaries. If you don’t flush the incumbent then, come November people will vote for that incumbent again on a straight party line ticket.
“It’s career politicians who keep getting reelected to the U.S. Congress who carry the water for the Unseen Hand (Read: The House That Evil Built) who own our political process and who through their various tentacles have pumped hundreds of billions of dollars over the past century into their nefarious plans to destroy this country.
“Term limits for the Outlaw Congress should have been written into the Constitution, but I speculate the framers believed individuals would serve a few terms and go back to their chosen livelihoods. Tragically for this country, nothing could be further from the truth. The following individuals are just a small number of the scum in Congress who have been shakers and movers in destroying this republic; three are gone. Some have served in both the House and Senate. Just look at how many years each of them have ‘served’.

Senator Robert Byrd [D], died in 2010 age 92, 57 years
Senator Mitch McConnell [R], age 74, 13 years
Senator Harry Reid [D], age 77, retired effective 12-31-16, 33 years
Rep. John Boehner [R], age 67, retired last year after 25 years in office
Senator Diane Feinstein [D], age 83, 24 years
Senator Barbara Boxer [D], age 76, 33 years
Rep. Paul Ryan [R], 17 years
Senator Chuck Schumer [D], age 66, 35 years
“Trump is 100% behind this effort, but it’s going to be up to you and me to turn up the heat on our U.S. House members and the Senate: We DEMAND a congressional term limits constitutional amendment and we are NOT going to take no for an answer. This will require we the people to mobilize in all 50 states regardless of party affiliation to hammer on our congress critters to get the proposed amendment adopted by Congress and off to the 50 state legislatures via a state’s Secretary of State.
“There are millions and millions of Americans who belong to tea party chapters and hundreds if not thousands of other pro-constitutional groups in this country. Become a force to be reckoned with and start next month after the critters are sworn back into office. Get this around on social media. If we the people, Republicans, Democrats, independents or other parties managed to get Donald Trump elected we CAN get this done.”
Term Limits Constitutional Amendment for Congress Fails Again, Jan. 28, 2026 (Mine): “Over the decades polling shows real Americans want term limits for members of Congress. Such a change requires a constitutional amendment. The big case which got shot down came in 1995: SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES – Nos. 93-1456 and 93-1828

“Today’s cases present a challenge to an amendment to the Arkansas State Constitution that prohibits the name of an otherwise eligible candidate for Congress from appearing on the general election ballot if that candidate has already served three terms in the House of Representatives or two terms in the Senate. The Arkansas Supreme Court held that the amendment violates the Federal Constitution. We agree with that holding.
“Such a state-imposed restriction is contrary to the “fundamental principle of our representative democracy,” embodied in the Constitution, that “the people should choose whom they please to govern them.” Powell v. McCormack, 395 U.S. 486, 547 (1969) (internal quotation marks omitted). Allowing individual States to adopt their own qualifications for congressional service would be inconsistent with the Framers’ vision of a uniform National Legislature representing the people of the United States. If the qualifications set forth in the text of the Constitution are to be changed, that text must be amended.” Yes, and that’s done by a vote of 38 of the states. No CON CON (Constitutional Convention) is needed or required.

Sen. Cruz Introduces Constitutional Amendment to Impose Term Limits for Congress, Jan. 23, 2023 (He also introduced the amendment in 2017, 2019 and 2021). Two terms for Senators, three for House members. I say 3 terms for the House and ONE for senators (six years). Plenty of time to take care of only those actions authorized by the Constitution, i.e., confirm judges, treaties and a few others on a short list. Art. 1, Section 3

Now here we are years, decades down the road and still no term limits. States put term limits on governors and other elected offices, but oh, not CONgress. Think the socialists, communists and RINO’s in CONgress want to give up the power they have over 310 million Americans (not counting illegal aliens)? They lust for it.
Of course, right now We the People MUST concentrate on the November election and fight vote fraud so we can get more constitutionally grounded reps and senators. We MUST defeat ANY muslim from winning ANY office and that goes for the socialists and communists who have taken over the Democrat Party which is why I have referred to it as the Democrat Communist Party USA for years.
AND, we must demand Dirty Harry Reid’s bill (thoroughly covered in the first link at the top) get reintroduced (hopefully today), passed and signed by President Trump. WE MUST.
The Marxists are making their move -the kill shot – and WE have to stop them in November. Mamdani was their big “win” and their toxic agenda is spreading.
Remember what Barry Soetoro aka Barry Obama aka Barack Hussein Obama said: The Obama Transformation versus the Reagan Revolution – The great contest in 2016: “Let us transform this nation,” he demanded in 2007. “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America,” he proclaimed as Election Day approached in 2008.”
Make no mistake: Hussein’s dream didn’t happen during his illegitimate presidency, but the dirty traitors are no longer hiding their intentions. Think Hussein Obama has been doing nothing but play basketball since he left office?
Insanity: Socialists, communists serving in Congress, Mine, WND, June 10, 2005 – “How did all these communist goals get accomplished? By legislation signed into law passed by Congresses, state legislatures and governors over the past 40 years.
“It is insane to allow anyone to serve in Congress or any elected office in these United States of America whose very actions are undermining this sovereign republic. Americans have got to get out of a state of denial about their elected public servants.” They work for US – not the other way around.
To a great extent real Americans did see the truth after the 2020 stolen election keeping Trump from his second term. Then came the tsunami of tens of millions of illegal aliens across the border courtesy of dementia addled Joe Biden or should I say those who controlled him?
We had damn well better keep a majority in the House and Senate and come January hammer on them to get a term limits bill passed and off to the states for a vote. Can you imagine another 20 or 30 years of one of the dumbest members of Congress, AOC and the rest of the America haters still serving in CONgress? America, OUR America, a constitutional republic not a democracy, will be long dead by then. If you think that’s hyperbole then you ignore history.
I am closing with a tribute to one great American who passed away July 8, 2026: Jon Rappoport. While we never met, we did exchange emails. Jon was another relentless seeker of truth and over the decades gave it to America. Well, not on the nightly propaganda news channels or cable blabber mouths. Heaven forbid.
Millions of Americans reject truth because it’s too painful, but Jon was an expert in bringing it backed up by his gift for researching. Below is a Eulogy for him. Sometime take the time to read as he gave 35 YEARS of his life to bring it to you.
The big question my fellow Americans should ask is why the truths he wrote about were either called conspiracy theories or right-wing baloney – mostly by big pharma? Why? They want YOU as a life time customer for a planet full of money or the prostitute media who get paid big bux to either lie or omit any mention that goes against their big advertiser – a pill for everything for life while you slowly die.
