REPORT: BAGHDADI’S BODY CHUCKED OUT OF AN AIRPLANE INTO THE OCEAN (UPDATED)

Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi allegedly had his body thrown into the sea from a US military aircraft after he was “afforded [his] religious rites according to Islamic custom,” according to a report from Reuters.
From Reuters, “Baghdadi given burial at sea, afforded religious rites: U.S. officials”:
The United States has given the remains of Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi a burial at sea and afforded him religious rites according to Islamic custom after he was killed in a U.S. commando raid in Syria on Saturday, three officials told Reuters.
Baghdadi here an Iraqi jihadist who rose from obscurity to declare himself “caliph” of all Muslims as the leader of Islamic State, died by detonating a suicide vest after fleeing into a dead-end tunnel as elite U.S. special forces closed in at the weekend, according to the U.S. government.
The U.S. officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity, did not disclose where the ritual was performed or how long it lasted. Two officials said they believed his remains were delivered to the sea from an aircraft.
[…] Baghdadi’s remains were transported to a secure facility to confirm his identity with forensic DNA testing, [U.S. Army General Mark Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff] said.
As I highlighted in 2011 after the Obama administration supposedly had Osama thrown into the ocean in “accordance with Islam,” Islamic scholars told the AP such sea burials run completely contrary to the “standard Muslim practice of placing the body in a grave with the head pointed toward the holy city of Mecca.”
I don’t actually care how either was allegedly buried (odds are Osama had been dead for years) according to these anonymous officials, I care more that the public is not being given a shred of evidence to back up the government’s official stories and the media couldn’t care less.

Daesh Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is believed to have been killed in a US military operation in Syria, sources in Syria, Iraq and Iran said on Sunday, as US President Donald Trump prepared to make a “major statement” at the White House, Reuters reports.
Egyptian activists have held protests against the government of President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi in the largest demonstrations since the former army general tightened his grip on the country. Crowds gathered in Cairo’s Tahrir Square, the site of the 2011 uprising that toppled longtime autocrat Hosni Mubarak, on Friday night and early on Saturday, calling for an end to Sisi’s rule.
With US-backed militants having already reached the full extent of their gains on the battlefield and now facing incremental but inevitable defeat – the US appeared to be out of time and out of options. Then suddenly – as if on cue – Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi – alleged leader of the so-called “Islamic State in Iraq and Syria” (ISIS) was resurrected after US claims he had died years early, and provided the US with the perfect pretext to militarily intervene in Syria anyway.
A son of Daesh leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has been killed in the city of Homs in Syria, the group’s news channel reported on Tuesday, Reuters reports. “Hudayfah al-Badri … the son of the Caliph … was killed in an operation against the Nusayriyyah and the Russians at the thermal power station in Homs,” the statement said. The word Nusayriyyah refers to Syria’s Alawite community. The statement showed an image of a young boy carrying an assault rifle and gave no further details.
For decades the United States and its NATO allies have helped Saudi Arabia export methods of political indoctrination known as Wahhabism to radicalize individuals and swell the ranks of mercenary forces used to wage proxy wars abroad and manipulate Western populations at home.
In June last year, the Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that according to information, the leader of the Islamic State Abu-Bakr Al-Baghdadi had reportedly been killed as a result of airstrikes conducted by the Russian aircrafts on a southern suburb of Raqqa on May 28.
Jabbar al-Maamouri, a senior leader at the Popular Mobilization Forces in Iraq has declared that Abū Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the Salafi militant terrorist organization known as the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL/ISIS) is now in the hands of the US forces. According to the source, al-Maamouri assured that the US forces will not kill the terrorist leader unless they are forced or obliged to do so. He also added that if this is the case, then it will for sure happen in a Hollywood-like manner.
Hopeful onlookers should recall how Bin Laden’s death was followed by the expansion of terrorism, not its defeat.
