The other day listening to talk radio, a caller brought up a gem that is so true:  No matter the scandal – think human garbage Ilham Omar, Eric Stalwell and a long list of others – the lying or cheating, Democrats stick together like glue and file lawsuits.

Or, as I wrote in a recent column: Black History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month & Now Impeachment Month!, April 19, 2026. More of your money wasted because the targets, like Secretary of DOW Pete Hegseth and President Trump are flayed by rotten, corrupt DemonRats in Congress who know they can’t win without cheating. Aided and abetted by the prostitute media.

Instead of taking care of critical issues WITHIN THEIR LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY, their biggest mouth pieces spend time (paid for by us) on fake media networks giving interviews and blabbering on the House floor in an effort to get Articles of Impeachment to a trial in the senate or filing lawsuits.

If they aren’t doing that, election fraud is their other big hammer.  The primaries (some are done) for the critical mid-term elections in November is their Waterloo. That lying, cheating, immoral political machine has vowed, if they win a majority in November, to destroy Trump, every Republican they can and reverse everything Trump has accomplished.  Revenge is their goal – make no mistake about that and it will start with mass amnesty and re-open the borders.  No?

They don’t care whose reputation they destroy with provable lies. That sub-set of the Communist Party International continue to cheat at the ballot box.

The maggots in that criminal syndicate doesn’t want the mail-in ballot fraud to stop which I covered in my column: Election Fraud: Mid-Term Elections, August 20, 2025: “California has been sending mail-in ballots to voters who no longer live in California for years. Mandatory.

“I moved my disabled brother from No. California in August 2019, to Big Spring, TX where I live so I could help him.  In Oct. 2020, he received a mail-in ballot for the November election – in California.  I notified their county elections division by certified mail my brother no longer lived in California; I held his Power of Attorney.  Before leaving California, my brother filed a Change of Address with USPS.

“The attempted recall of Democrat California Gov. Gavin Newsom was Sept. 14, 2021.  My brother again received pre-notice he would receive a mail in ballot and a couple of weeks later did receive another ballot to vote in that recall effort. The following week my brother received a new mail-in-ballot from California to vote in yet another election. (Richard passed away March 3, 2024 from cancer and was buried with full military honors at a National Veterans Cemetery.)

“I sent copies of all of them to our SOS; I’ve kept the original ballots.  My brother could have voted in California’s election and Texas but he didn’t because he was honest.” It took me almost 2 years to get California to stop sending mail in ballots to my brother here in Texas.

Continuing from my column above: “In the 2020 general election, the State of Nevada, thousands of votes were cast by individuals who no longer lived in the State of Nevada.  A law firm representing President-Elect Trump notified the Clark County DA that 3,062 registered voters who now lived in other states cast votes for that election. Only about 1/3^rd of relocations was in the National Change of Address database.

“The Nevada GOP came out with their final analysis, “In Nevada, we found 19,218 non-military, non-student voters who have an out-of-state mailing address but claim Nevada residency. We lined up the voter lists from all counties against publicly available USPS records on permanent change of addresses to other states. Out of the 19,218 voters, 15,164 voted by mail.”

“I watched the hearing live and the partisan judge in Nevada, despite Trump’s attorney presenting seven binders of paper evidence kicked the case.” Thankfully that “judge” retired.

And now another lawsuit to clean up our voting system. Once in a while we get a win from a judge or panel of judges:

BREAKING: Virginia Court Strikes Down Democrat Gerrymander Referendum as UNCONSTITUTIONAL, Judge Blocks Vote Certification and Issues Injunction, April 22, 2026: “In a major court victory for Virginia Republicans and fair-maps advocates, the Tazewell Circuit Court has ruled the Democrats’ redistricting referendum unconstitutional…

“This ruling means the ridiculous constitutional amendment, which would have allowed the Democrat-controlled General Assembly to immediately toss Virginia’s current balanced six-five congressional map and replace it with a heavily gerrymandered 10 Democrat to one Republican map, cannot be certified or take effect unless the Virginia Supreme Court overturns the decision on appeal…

“Tazewell Circuit Court Judge Jack Hurley had previously issued injunctions blocking the referendum before the vote, but the Virginia Supreme Court stayed those orders, allowing voters to decide while reserving final judgment.

“Now, the case will be appealed to the Virginia Supreme Court, which has already signaled it will review the constitutional questions quickly.”

Their Supreme Court: 6 justices (Stephen R. McCullough born in Marseille, France) and one Chief Justice, Cleo E. Powell.  One listed as nonpartisan, one as a DemonRat, three as Republican; 2 considered medium Republican and 1, Stephen R. McCullough, rated strong Republican.

And for all the black racists and mentally insane racist white liberals out there, Chief Justice Cleo E. Powell is a well put together (as ladies like to say of a woman who is attractive and dresses nicely) black woman. Imagine that in racist America: Chief Justice of a state’s Supreme Court is a black woman.

So sickening voters in Virginia allegedly voted in a Marxist for their governor, Abigail Spanberger. I bring this up because after my column, Our Rotten, Corrupt, Biased Judicial System, March 11th I received a lot of email about judges. I am not a lawyer and have no legal training, but I have been truly blessed to know some of the best legal scholars in this country like Dr. Edwin Vieira (who should have been Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court instead of, gag me, John Roberts); Larry Becraft and others. I have learned so much during these past three plus decades.

Average real Americans hear lots of legal terms tossed around but don’t really understand what they mean – like yours truly long ago. Since the Marxist Democrats are filing lawsuits like weeds growing in the summer, I feel it’s important for us to understand the issue called judicial supremacy.

One ‘tidbit’ Edwin mentioned was something I have known about for decades:  Unless it’s a ‘high-profile’ case, clerks reading cases submitted choose which cases to present to one of the justices on the Supreme Court. When I discovered this to be true 20+ years ago, I was sickened.  It costs thousands of dollars to file with “the court” to have critical cases put on the docket by Americans harmed in any number of ways and who decides?  I just told you and so does Edwin at 26:01 into the video.

We’re all overloaded with information (who do I believe, what is another lie made up by some AI bot?); two parents working to feed their family and thousands of dedicated groups and organizations sacrificing their time to stop the complete destruction of our Republic.

I strongly urge you to watch that video and listen to Edwin so We the People are on the same legal page and increase our wins in courts. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER SO LET’S GET THE KNOWLEDGE WE NEED.
