Tens of thousands of conservative authors and talk show hosts, like Rush Limbaugh, Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity, haven’t moved the “needle” or made a difference.  Over 600 of our conservative articles written in the last 14 years, haven’t made a difference.  President Trump has made a difference but with such pressure from the left, can he survive the onslaught?  Progressives, the establishment, the deep state, the media and academia are still in control.  The young have gone socialist due to decades of Progressive brainwashing in our public schools and colleges.  The old are weary and tired of fighting.  That leaves only those in the middle.  Could the following Ultimatum move the “needle” or make a difference?   Perhaps, if enough of those people in the middle became engaged in the fight to preserve American freedom.  The question is, will they?  Obtain your copy of the Ultimatum HERE.

A 5-YEAR ULTIMATUM

TO THE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT,

local, state and federal

Ultimatum Definition: A final demand or statement of terms, the rejection of which will result in retaliation, or a [permanent] breakdown in relations.

PREFACE:     This Ultimatum is a serious indictment of our system of government and the people in government, including most politicians, judges and bureaucrats, and government’s failure to serve the American people under the foundation of the U. S. Constitution, a Constitution that has been so perverted by politicians, judges, lawyers and bureaucrats in the last 100 years as to render it unrecognizable from the intent of the Framers.

Whereas, Americans have witnessed the slow, insidious, systematic destruction of almost every American value of individual liberty enshrined in the U. S. Constitution, by those who subscribe to the Progressive, socialist, liberal, left, or Democratic Party ideology.   Their flawed ideology has infiltrated all of our institutions, as well as much of the body politic.  Law abiding Americans have had to endure this 100-plus year evolution of what once were normal Americans into socialist loonies whose intent is to fundamentally transform America into a Marxist Absolute Democratic Monarchy, individual freedom be damned, and

Whereas, the fabric of America has been severely weakened by that very same ideology, such that the once-proud American culture has been fragmented and hopelessly divided.  The Progressive’s ideology and damnable legislation have so damaged the nuclear family as to render it on the brink of collapse.  That ideology has not only purposely ignored the rule of law, it has perverted and overly complicated it, to the point that the “rule of law” no longer has any substance or meaning.   The law, or interpretations of the Constitution have become “play things” for Progressives where the law or the Constitution are anything that Progressives want it to be, at any given moment.  Under their flawed ideology and corrupt leadership in pursuit of absolute power, there is one non-law for the Progressive ruling class and statute law (laws on the books) for the rest of us, and

Whereas, for far too many decades, government, at all levels, mostly at the insistence of the Progressives, are operating almost virtually unrestrained by the U. S. Constitution and lobbied by socialists, radical environmentalists, corporations, bankers, unions and globalists.  Starting as far back as President Woodrow Wilson and continuing to present day, the Progressives have far exceeded any constitutional authority and have continuously assaulted or taken away our constitutional rights, as guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence and the U. S. Constitution.  Progressives have put them selves in a perpetual state of war with America and Americans, and

Whereas, the Congress, corrupt legislatures, bureaucrats and judges, at all levels of government, in violation of their oath of office to preserve, protect and defend the U. S. Constitution, have, by propaganda, lies, distortions and deceit, passed and are continuing to pass, voluminous, unreadable, incoherent acts, ordinances, regulations, restrictions, rules, edicts, laws and court decisions and they are ratifying treaties that are in direct violation of the strict and literal interpretation of our federal or state constitutions, pursuant to the intent of the framers of said constitutions, and

Whereas, the U. S. Congress, state legislatures, bureaucracies and the courts have colluded with the United Nations to adopt UN resolutions and policies into American law (Agenda 21 – Law of the Sea, trade, etc.) without any treaty being debated and ratified by the Congress, in violation of the U. S. Constitution, and

Whereas, local, state and federal bureaucracies have set them selves up as a fourth branch of government, with little to no legislative oversight, in violation of Article 1, Section 1 of the U. S. Constitution, and.

Whereas, the U. S., state supreme courts and lower courts have failed in their duty to literally interpret our Constitutions as the supreme law of the land and have inserted, in some cases, radical political, environmental, socialist, or international bias into their decisions, and

Whereas, the net result of these acts by a Progressive government, at all levels, is that all American citizens have lost many of their individual freedoms and property rights, to the corrupt, unconscionable and unconstitutional violations of the supreme law of the land, at the hands of federal, state and local Progressive politicians, judges and bureaucrats, and

Whereas, Americans grow angry, weary and tired of politicians, judges and bureaucrats not doing the job of the people, in the interest of the people and instead engaging in endless bickering and petty and expensive battles over turf, territory and power, or to see who can buy off the most constituents with our money for votes.  We are furious over the destruction of our Constitution and the erosion of our individual freedoms.  From every corner of government, the American people have been tied up into a cocoon made out of the threads of unconstitutional law, hopelessly caught in an evil spider’s web of the Progressive’s making.  This Ultimatum intends to free the American people from that cocoon.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that I, a lawful signatory to this 5-year Ultimatum and an independent, natural born, or naturalized, sovereign and free citizen of a free state of America, having a Republican form of government, being of sound mind and body and of legal age, do hereby decree, ordain and affirm that I am not a slave, nor will I become a slave of the federal, state, or local government, in any respect, or in any regard, and I will only be bound by the federal and state constitutions and by such laws that are not in violation thereof, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that I/we along with all Americans of like mind, do hereby set forth the following 5-Year Ultimatum to be delivered by whatever means to every American politician, judge, or bureaucrat, throughout the land, whether local, state, or federal.  These actions are patterned after the “18 Basic Principles For America” as set forth on the following web page: [Click Here]

The American people, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense and secure the blessings of liberty, hereby demand the following actions be accomplished in the next five (5) years by every local, state and federal politician, judge and bureaucrat having jurisdiction in each of these matters, or face unknown but potentially serious consequences:

IMMIGRATION:

1. Bring control to our borders and build the wall along the southern border, without delay.
2. Close the loop holes in immigration law that are magnets for illegal immigration such as the asylum laws, chain migration and visa lotteries.
3. File a challenge to the U. S. Supreme Court to overturn the anchor baby provision in the 14th Amendment, or pass legislation accomplishing the same thing.
4. Close all sanctuary cities, counties and states. Sanctuary jurisdictions violate federal law at 18 USC Section 1071.  Bring suit against those jurisdictions that refuse to do so.
5. No free health insurance or any other taxpayer paid benefits for illegal aliens.
6. Continue the immediate deportation of any and all illegal aliens that have been found guilty of ANY American law, including misdemeanors.
7. No law shall be passed to abolish the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agency, or limit the efforts of the Customs Border Patrol.
8. Provide funding for all of the above.

SECOND AMENDMENT:  Pass no law that violates or diminishes the people’s right to keep and bear arms, as protected by the Second Amendment and any applicable U. S. Supreme Court decisions.  This includes but not limited to, red flag laws, gun bans and magazine limitations.

EDUCATION:  Abolish the U. S. Department of Education and return public education to local control.  Withdraw the Common Core State Standards from all public schools or any other federal or state standard or program that does not meet the logic or common sense test.  Remove over educated maniacs from the public education system that merge social engineering and ethnic, sex, or gender studies with reading, writing, geography, science and arithmetic.

ENERGY:  Fossil fuels are the nation’s energy to power a growing economy and provide an unequaled lifestyle, anywhere on the planet.  Declare by Resolution that there is no cost/benefit way to replace fossil fuels with wind and solar power.  No law shall be passed to limit the exploration for or the exploitation of all fossil fuels within common sense environmental regulations.  Pass a law to limit alternative energy to the extent to where it can only be employed when it will exist without government subsidies.  The climate change argument against fossil fuels is specious and without scientific validation and in fact is a fraud and a con on the people of this nation.

LOBBYING:  Pass a law that limits lobbying of politicians, judges, or bureaucrats to an “in writing” contact only.  There should be no personal contact between lobbyists and politicians, judges, or bureaucrats.   Outlaw all gifts from lobbyists to public office holders with severe penalties for violations.  Prevent any retiring politician, judge, or bureaucrat from joining any lobbying entity within five (5) years of leaving office.

BUREAUCRACIES:  Bureaucracies, at every level of government, are out of control, passing rule, after rule, after rule, virtually without Congressional or legislative oversight.  Congress and state legislatures created bureaucracies and it is their solemn duty to control those bureaucracies pursuant to Article 1, Section 1 of the U. S. Constitution and applicable sections of state constitutions.  This is so important that Congress and state legislatures need to stop what they are doing and bring the bureaucracies under legislative control.

WELFARE:  Pass a law to make any and all welfare benefits contingent upon a “looking for work” requirement (if physically able) and all welfare recipients subject to random drug tests with loss of benefits with positive tests, except for physician-prescribed medications.

HEALTH CARE:  Repeal Obama Care and establish fair and equitable health insurance legislation using the private health insurance sector, with special carve outs for the poor and those with pre-existing conditions.  Under no circumstances are taxpayers to pay for free health care for illegal aliens.

TERM LIMITS:  Establish by law, local, state or the federal government that limits a politician’s time in office to three (3) terms for Representatives and two (2) terms for Senators, without exception.

THE ENVIRONMENT:  Environmental law has put an expensive and highly restrictive chokehold on every American.  Environmental agencies run rough shod over constitutional rights with very little administrative or judicial recourse for the victims.  Saving every wetland no matter what the cost or loss of rights is insane and passing very expensive CO2 emission limits to save the planet from the international fraud known as climate change, is a heinous crime perpetrated on the American people.  Laws must be passed or regulations rolled back to remove this environmental chokehold on the people and restore their constitutional rights.

PROPERTY RIGHTS:  Without property rights, no other rights are possible.  Just as man can’t exist without his body, so no rights can exist without the right to own property.  Thomas Jefferson wrote: “The first foundations of the social compact would be broken up were we definitely to refuse to its members the protection of their persons and property while in their lawful pursuits.”  Congress shall pass no law that limits those natural rights based on flawed environmental science or social or environmental justice, or UN’s Agenda 21 policies and shall repeal any such law that does so.

LEGISLATING:  Get back to the business of legislating for the American people under the Constitution, according to the literal intent of the Framers. Quit taking side trips down political, social, environmental and globalism dead ends and start cleaning up the mess that Progressives have made of the American political system over the last 100 plus years.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, no matter the outcome of the next presidential election or any future elections, that if the conditions of this Ultimatum are not met in the time specified, I/we absolve our selves of any liability or responsibility for the outcome.  But be assured that the issues and concerns we raise in this Ultimatum are of such magnitude, that we are dealing with the real possibility of a civil war between the peoples of the United States and its government that could far exceed the carnage inflicted upon Americans and this nation in the 1861 War Between the States.   We are dealing with the possibility of open resistance and outright lawlessness.  The issues are so dire that we Americans could be faced with massive civil unrest, the likes of which we have never seen before, disruption of basic services, a breakdown in civil society, riots, chaos, anarchy and insurrection and the distinct likelihood that during that unrest, America could be overthrown by one of the other super powers, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that I/we seek only peaceful resolutions to the issues that face every American today and that we raise herein, unless we have exhausted all peaceful means and given no other alternative.   Politicians, judges and bureaucrats have the chance and the opportunity to set America back on the constitutional track that was the vision of her Founders, or set her on a track that leads to the final destruction of this once great land of the free and the brave called America.  If not, then Americans will be faced with that dreaded dilemma of restoring freedom once again by having to pick up a sword or a gun in revolution.

WHAT TO DO WITH THIS ULTIMATUM:  To be effective, copies of this Ultimatum must be distributed by millions of Americans to every politician, judge and bureaucrat at every level of government throughout America.  We urge Americans to complete and sign multiple copies of the Ultimatum and send (mail or e-mail) them to your local, state and federal representatives, senators, judges, cabinet secretaries, directors of bureaucracies, government office holders, or any other government agency.  If you have other ideas for this ultimatum, add an additional page with your suggestions.
