I have been writing and proving about election fraud since 1993.[3] The same year a diabolical piece of legislation called the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 commonly known as the Motor Voter Act was voted on.  Womanizer, liar and cheater, globalist, Bill Clinton, signed it into law on May 20, 1995.

So many of us back then who understood the “bigger picture” and the planned destruction of America fought to stop the bill from becoming law, but not enough Americans either didn’t understand why it was/is poison or simply pay no attention to “politics”.  NVRA was supposed to make it easier for LEGAL Americans to vote.  There’s a sick joke for you. That ‘ACT’ MUST be repealed.

“To establish national voter registration procedures for Federal elections, and for other purposes.  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.  This Act may be cited as the “National Voter Registration Act of 1993”.”

Slow forward, along comes big mouth, yippee-ki yay, GOP Rep. Chip Roy (Currently running for Texas AG. I pray he loses to Mayes Middleton, fully endorsed by President Trump but more than that, he is a fearless fighter who gets my vote; endorsements are vast[1]) who introduces The SAVE Act, May 7, 2024.  Thankfully it never passed the Senate.

Of course, only LEGAL U.S. citizens should vote in our elections – local, county, state and federal. Some states (they call blue but should be red as in RED commies) allow someone to register the same day and vote. Obscene and has led to MASSIVE VOTE FRAUD just like mail in ballots.

The current spitting contest between the Democrat Communist Party USA and Republicans in the Senate over The Save Act is decades too late and months to early.  Huh? Sounds like an oxymoron.

Kelleigh Nelson’s Feb. 5, 2026 column covers the citizenship issue in detail.  Lex Greene who also writes for NWV’s also had a column the same day both covering yet different. Knowledge is power so I urge you to read both Kelleigh and Greene’s columns.  The Marxist junkyard dogs in Congress want voters and those voters want to steal jobs and hop on the “freebie” gravy train. Too many Republicans in the Senate want the bill to pass so Trump can hurry up and sign it.  As the old saying goes, haste makes waste.  CONgress has had decades to put a stop to non-legal U.S. citizens from voting.  Art. 1, Sec. 4 of the U.S. Constitution gives them the authority:

“The times, places and manner of holding elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by law make or alter such regulations, except as to the places of choosing Senators.”

The ‘choosing Senators’ went into the crapper when the Seventeenth Amendment was announced ratified when in fact, it was not.  They were 2 states short but got away with the fraud which stands today. NONE OF THIS WOULD BE GOING ON HAD RONALD REAGAN NOT SOLD US OUT BACK IN 1986 with The Immigration Reform and Control Act (which sickeningly passed and became law in 1986).  AMNESTY for MILLIONS of illegals.  Reagan blasted it was the mother of all immigration bills to stop illegals from sneaking into OUR country! Instead it opened the flood gates. Think ‘chain migration’. Yeah, I voted for Reagan but once again it all comes down to this:  Uninformed, Disinterested, Brainwashed & Special Interest Voters, May 29, 2006 (Mine) and electronic voting devices (machines/scanners.)

When I say it’s too late, primaries are about to begin.[2] Here in Texas the set date is March 3, 2026; early voting begins soon.  That’s right, less than a month from now.  Who “wins” the primary (some have run-offs) is what you get in Nov: R or D – senators critically important.  I asked our head Election Official for the percentage of people who voted in one of our special elections for amendments to the Texas State Constitution which affects all Texans.

I was provided (and I have the document sitting right in front of me as I write this) the detailed breakdown one of our elections dated Nov. 2, 2021. Turn-out percentage of registered voters for Howard County: 8.618%. Where were all those registered GOP voters in my county who spit in the face of those who died at the Alamo and the Revolutionary war?.  They gave their lives and blood so We the People could live in a free country and yet, registered voters can’t find the time to stop the destruction of our republic by taking the time to get informed with the truth and then vote?

When I say this SAVE ACT is too early, this is what I mean with those primaries coming at us soon.  Providing proof of citizenship is critical but we know the Democrat Communist Party USA doesn’t give a sh*t about the U.S. Constitution, The Declaration of Independence or laws passed by their state legislatures or county commissioners and city councils or fake documents.  Fraud is simply part of doing business for them and filling their coffers and power.

Citizenship. In Kelleigh’s column linked above she mentioned Senator Jacob Howard. VERY important read.  The SAVE ACT is premature because the U.S. Supreme Court is not even going to hear oral arguments on this incredibly important case until 1 April!

Top cases on the US Supreme Court’s docket, Jan. 30, 2026 – BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP

“The court will hear arguments on April 1 over the legality of Trump’s directive to restrict birthright citizenship in the United States, a contentious part of his efforts to curb immigration and a step that would alter how a 19th century constitutional provision has long been understood.

“A lower court blocked Trump’s executive order that told U.S. agencies not to recognize the citizenship of children born in the U.S. if neither parent is an American citizen or legal permanent resident, also called a “green card” holder. That court ruled that Trump’s policy violated the U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment and a federal law codifying birthright citizenship rights in a class-action lawsuit by parents and children whose citizenship is threatened by the directive.”

Let’s skip the lower court’s ignorance.  Too many Supreme Court associate justices (and here and there, Roberts), love to say they do their homework regarding the intent of the language in the Constitution written by those who created the Constitution and then ignore it out of personal bias or ignorance. Tragically, we still have a few on the court who should never have been confirmed: Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Amy Coney Barrett and the absolute brain dead, Ketanji Brown Jackson.

In my column, August 24, 2014, now deceased life long crook Sen. Dirty Harry Reid submitted the strongest anti-illegals bill (August 5, 1993), I’ve ever read which would have forced millions of illegals to self-deport. Reid was a Democrat. Of course, it died because it was the solution instead of more Band Aids. Funny how the DemonRats changed their minds about illegals- even Hussein Obama complained about them. In Reid’s bill he actually and accurately defined citizenship:

“His statements were to announce a bill he introduced back then titled the Immigration Stabilization Act [S.1351]. I’m betting it was not written by Dirty Harry, but by lawyers who know what they’re doing and the sure to come legal challenges. It covers the whole gambit of turning off the trillions spent over the past 28 years since Reagan sold us out. One section I want to highlight: TITLE X–CITIZENSHIP

SEC. 1001. BASIS OF CITIZENSHIP CLARIFIED.

“In the exercise of its powers under section 5 of the Fourteenth Article of Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, the Congress has determined and hereby declares that any person born after the date of enactment of this title to a mother who is neither a citizen of the United States nor admitted to the United States as a lawful permanent resident, and which person is a national or citizen of another country of which either of his or her natural parents is a national or citizen, or is entitled upon application to become a national or citizen of such country, shall be considered as born subject to the jurisdiction of that foreign country and not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States within the meaning of section 1 of such Article and shall therefore not be a citizen of the United States or of any State solely by reason of physical presence within the United States at the moment of birth.”

Dirty Harry didn’t go far enough because our domestic enemies all want to milk the 14^th Amendment until they’re blue in the face – and keep that cheap labor.  How about history and the 14^th Amendment?  (Emphasis mine)

John Rarick [Louisiana), Congressional Record, June 13, 1967 pg 15611.  Mr, Rarick.  “Mr. Speaker, arrogantly ignoring clearcut expressions in the Constitution of the United States by adopting the fuzzy haze of the 14^th Amendment to legislate their personal ideas, prejudices, theories, guilt complexes, aims and whims.

“Through the cooperation of intellectual educators, we have subjected ourselves to accept destructive use and meaning of words and phrases.  We blindly accept new meanings and changed values to alter our traditional thoughts.

“We have tolerantly permitted the habitual misuse of words to serve as a vehicle to abandon our foundations and goals.  Thus, the present use and expansion of the 14^th Amendment is a sham—serving as a crutch and hoodwink to precipitate a quasi-legal approach for overthrow of the tender balances and protections of limitation found in the Constitution.

“But interestingly enough, the 14^th Amendment – whether ratified or not – was but the expression of emotional out-pouring of public sentiment following the War Between the States.

“IT’S OBVIOUS PURPOSE AND INTENT WAS BUT TO FREE HUMAN BEINGS FROM OWNERSHIP AS CHATTEL BY OTHER HUMANS.  ITS AIM WAS NO MORE THAN TO FREE THE SLAVES…” End of quote.

There are several more pages but the very bottom line is that Amendment was to thankfully free slaves from ownership. That included freeing human beings with black skin from “ownership” by some of the cruelest black slave owners forced to work their plantations and yes, that IS factual.

So when I say the SAVE ACT is decades overdue it is and so we have a rush job out of desperation created by the lack of CONgress doing their job and partisan judges and premature because oral arguments by the Supreme Court won’t take place until after voting starts in many states and who knows how long it will take for a decision. 

Trump’s case primarily deals with something called birthright citizenship (aka the “legal myth” known as “anchor babies” which is big business) for children born on U.S. soil by an illegal mother.  The 14^th Amendment is being used as a political tool. You can agree or disagree.  I’m not an attorney but I know how to read and research.

Illegal means illegal.  A female giving birth whether a Chinese tourist (“anchor baby” industry primarily in the LA area) or from Ireland, Mexico or where ever regardless of skin color then trying to use the 14^th Amendment as their main legal argument.

The SAVE ACT IMHO is defective but let’s hurry up and get the Senate to pass it!  Corrections can always be made later and I’m the Queen of England.  My next column:  What YOU can do.

I am hopeful there will be a class action lawsuit AGAINST the Real ID as it’s poison and in the full bill in the current SAVE Act:

“(1) A form of identification issued consistent with the requirements of the REAL ID Act of 2005 that indicates the applicant is a citizen of the United States.”

Also: (B) An extract from a United States hospital Record of Birth created at the time of the applicant’s birth which indicates that the applicant’s place of birth was in the United States.”  This is tied to the case in the Supreme Court which isn’t even going hear oral arguments until 1 April.”

Rep. Brad Knott: Schweizer’s ‘The Invisible Coup’ Revelation on 1M Chinese Votes Demands Answers, Jan. 18, 2026. This is no conspiracy or A.I. crap. Due to a lack of an official government-led study, nongovernmental organizations and demographers have estimated the unregistered population in Mexico — especially with respect to children — variously (and with some degree of uncertainty). The Child Rights Information Network, for example, has found that as many as 30 percent of children under the age of 5 are unregistered and practically invisible to the eyes of the Mexican government.”

Birth certificates? No problem. Buy one on any street corner north of the Mexican border in California, AZ, NM or along some of the border towns in Texas and including parts of Florida.

“Similarly, more than 32,000 Haitians, nearly 18,000 Indians, over 38,000 Brazilians, almost 4,000 Mauritanians, and nearly 1,000 Uzbeks are in the U.S. despite final deportation orders.

“The figures show that the overwhelming majority of the more than 1.4 million illegal aliens still in the U.S. but ordered deported are from Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras. Close to a million of these ordered-deported illegal aliens are from these four countries.”

The SAVE ACT IMHO is defective but let’s hurry up and get the Senate to pass it!  Corrections can always be made later and I’m the Queen of England.  I see it as a backdoor to amnesty for all.
