The US Constitution is not a Suicide Pact, (say the despicable types who would deny your rights in a heartbeat).

The Declaration of Independence is the Suicide Pact

How many times must we endure so many despicable cowards and liars in Washinton DC and and in so many state crapitals as they compare themselves to the men who actually did sign The Suicide Pact of  1776?  When today’s pols campaign, they’re George Washington, Thomas Paine, and Thomas Jefferson in one, taunting lions in the coliseum while citing Edmund Burke and Frederic Bastiat, claiming they’ll win or go down fighting like the bravest and most capable of Minute Men.*  But, then, they arrive in office and find a big pile of money awaiting them as well as about 700 days, (or if a Senator many more), until the next election, and, whatever “good intentions” they had, mostly sit down and shut up.

Too rare are the exceptions to that description.  (Massie, Johnson, (Ron, not Mike), Paul, (Ron and Rand), come to mind.

We recently didn’t celebrate the 250th anniversary of the shot heard ‘round the world when ordinary Americans- who, of grit and courage and true faith in something greater than themselves, you know, the Christ- told the tyrant attempting to CRUSH them under superior firepower, manpower and the Real ID of their day, if on parchment, “No King but Jesus.”  Sure, there were some who did not profess Christ, but their firm understanding of the knowledge of innate human supremacy over all else that was created imbued in every individual comported.

THE SUICIDE PACT THAT THEY VERY WELL DID SIGN is quite readable, very short, and very much you would benefit from reading it if you never have.  Generally well-off and as comfortable and anybody in that day, the sui-signers might well have stayed to their own affairs and let the people be CRUSHED.  But they did not; they stuck a finger into the eye of King George III who wanted to CRUSH the liberty the Creator gave the people who collectively agreed, “Give me liberty or give me death.”

So, be damned, those who would enjoy dismissing your rights- only a very few mentioned in that constitution- as something that prevents them from doing to you what they wish to do to you.

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”

 Samuel Adams

An attempt at the Great ReCrush is upon us.

Thank you for reading this,

*  Speaking of those who would disregard the Constitution, you will recall George “Skull ‘n’ Bones” Bush (the younger) referred to the Minute Men as vigilantes as he partied with despicable Vicente Fox.
