The Creator’s? Or the created’s?

Of course, we’re currently actually under the created’s which has been kept a bit under check.  The check may go away, soon.  At some point it will.

King James Version – II Thess 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let until he be taken out of the way.

New King James Version – II Thess 2:7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.

(That’s when all hell breaks loose.)  

Those who are receiving government money, whether checks or subsidization, even subsidies unknown to them/us, (like milk prices), will discover what it means to live under liberty.  It is both a blessing and a responsibility; what God does for us is generally based upon our hearts which tends to find manifestation in the content of our character, or, at least how we treat the least of brothers.

This is why the Declaration of Independence tells us that people who have found comfort in their extant lifestyle are hard to persuade to try something new, especially if it comes only with some bad-tasting medicine first.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and, accordingly, all experience has shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed 

The founders told us this day would come.  Not might, would.

But, when [-not if-] a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.

We have been working and paying taxes, generally obeying even unConstitutional laws, and pitching in to support our neighbors for years.  Under Trump II that will not change.  But the “need” for the unpleasantries of government should lessen.

Proviso:  That is, if Trump is who he purports to be.
