As I write this, the unnecessary and disgusting government shut down is still underway; the Senate has already left for their two-week vacation paid for by YOU. At the bottom of this column are a few articles I sent to my email list giving you all the details and efforts.
Let me start by giving the legal explanation of an EO by a lawfully elected president (that would exclude usurper Hussein Obama and “Uncle” Joe Biden).
Executive Orders 101: What are they and how do Presidents use them?
“An executive order is a directive from the President that has much of the same power as a federal law. Several landmark moments in American history came about directly from the use of executive orders issued from the White House’s desk, including one Supreme Court decision that limited a presidential executive order issued by Harry Truman…
“The constitutional basis for the executive order is the President’s broad power to issue executive directives. According to the Congressional Research Service, there is no direct “definition of executive orders, presidential memoranda, and proclamations in the U.S. Constitution, there is, likewise, no specific provision authorizing their issuance.”
“But Article II of the U.S. Constitution vests executive powers in the President, makes him the commander in chief, and requires that the President “shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.”
What Is an Executive Order? (Emphasis mine)
“At the federal level, an executive order is a directive by the president as the head of the executive branch; such an order governs the actions of federal government officials and federal agencies.
“An executive order has much the same power as a federal law but is subject to judicial review and can be overturned if the order lacks support by statute or the U.S. Constitution. The bill was introduced (1993) by one of the biggest liars and crooks to serve in the world’s biggest brothel (CONgress) by deceased Nevada Sen. Harry Reid (Democrat Communist Party USA.) Dirty Harry’s bill is 76 pages and the most comprehensive anti-illegals bill since Reagan sold us out in 1986. Of course, Dirty Harry then did a 180; I’m sure after being taken to the wood shed by the shadow government.
My column is a MUST read as it contains very important historical information – especially regarding the MYTH that any child born on U.S. soil by an illegal automatically becomes a U.S. citizen using the Fourteenth Amendment. Oral arguments on that BS will be heard by the U.S. “Supreme” Court on 1 April 2026.

Those who support open borders are fools; Chain migration has flooded this country bringing dozens of illegal family members here to steal from YOUR paycheck along with terrorists, murderers, rapists and other criminal acts.
Since 2014, I have sent that bill (details, bill number, etc. to dozens of U.S. Senators and dozens more U.S. House critters who all scream and yell about illegals. Also, twice to President Trump after his first election and to his Chief of Staff Stephen Miller. How many responses did I get? ZERO. I doubt President Trump ever saw my packet even though I sent it priority mail because I’m a nobody. I sent it again after he was sworn back into office. No response in any form; again, I doubt he ever saw it.
Last year I made one last attempt with Rep. Chip Roy [R-TX] who is now running to replace our current State AG, Ken Paxton who is about to endure a run off against “For Sale”, 24-year incumbent, Sen. John Cornyn. Roy’s response: Crickets.
Our governor, Greg Abbott, now running for his fourth term could have stopped the MASSIVE invasion that began when old Uncle Joe was sworn in to office. Abbott had to know based on history the big goal of the Democrat Communist Party USA is open borders and amnesty. Abbott made a few efforts but he did NOT stop the hordes and here we are today with the mess out in the District of Criminals and across America.
Illegal Aliens Invasion: Texas GOP Legislators Selling Out America (Mine) May 10, 2023
“This IS an invasion. The 1,500 National Guard sent by brain gone, Biden, are for paper pushing, NOT enforcement. Our republic, not just Texas is in imminent danger.

TITLE 4. EXECUTIVE BRANCH, SUBTITLE C. STATE MILITARY FORCES AND VETERANS, CHAPTER 431. STATE MILITIA, SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Sec. 431.071. MILITARY DUTY. (a) The reserve militia is not subject to active military duty, except that the governor may call into service the portion of the reserve militia needed for the period required in case of war, insurrection, invasion or prevention of invasion, suppression of riot, tumult, or breach of peace or to aid civil officers to execute law or serve process.
(b) The governor may assign members of the reserve militia who are called into service to existing organizations of the state military forces or organize them as circumstances require. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
“Gov. Abbott is putting Band Aids on a patient hemorrhaging to death on the operating table. He must ‘call into service’ our State Reserve Militia and believe me, there are plenty of well-trained, well-armed retired military and law enforcement who will be happy to serve. Who want to get on the border right away to assist the National Guard and DPS…
“Please call or email Gov. Greg Abbott, keep calling and emailing, even if you don’t live in Texas because this catastrophe affects ALL Americans. Tell him: to ‘call into service’ the Texas Reserve Militia, Texas Government Code, Title 4, Subtitle C, Chapter 431, State Militia, Subchapter A. General Provisions.
“Easy to do, takes but a minute and right to the point. Raise hell with your state rep and senator here in Texas (no threats). Oops. The militia is not the National Guard and in came the hordes and released by the tens of thousands and then millions when you include AZ, NM and the destroyed State of California. Ah, guv, where is Texas’ state militia? Is it funded? Trained? Didn’t think so.
Going back to Harry Reid’s bill which stopped ALL welfare in ANY form to illegal aliens, period. His press release in my column tells the raw truth about illegals stealing from you, your family, me.
Which brings me to an important Executive Order signed by President Trump: ENDING TAXPAYER SUBSIDIZATION OF OPEN BORDERS– The White House, Feb. 19, 2025
“Sec. 2. Preserving Federal Public Benefits. (a) To prevent taxpayer resources from acting as a magnet and fueling illegal immigration to the United States, and to ensure, to the maximum extent permitted by law, that no taxpayer-funded benefits go to unqualified aliens, the head of each executive department or agency (agency) shall:
(i) identify all federally funded programs administered by the agency that currently permit illegal aliens to obtain any cash or non-cash public benefit, and, consistent with applicable law, take all appropriate actions to align such programs with the purposes of this order and the requirements of applicable Federal law, including the PRWORA;
(ii) ensure, consistent with applicable law, that Federal payments to States and localities do not, by design or effect, facilitate the subsidization or promotion of illegal immigration, or abet so-called “sanctuary” policies that seek to shield illegal aliens from deportation; and
(iii) enhance eligibility verification systems, to the maximum extent possible, to ensure that taxpayer-funded benefits exclude any ineligible alien who entered the United States illegally or is otherwise unlawfully present in the United States.
(b) Within 30 days of the date of this order, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and the Administrator of the United States DOGE Service, in coordination with the Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy, shall further:” Rest at link.
That was last year but this has been going on for decades. Banks giving mortgages to illegals, the head of the Census Bureau traveling to border towns (Texas) to collect census forms from illegal aliens assuring them they would not be deported but he wanted to make sure they got all the freebies paid for by you. The number of districts for U.S. House members is based on the census.

In my April 2005, column titled ‘Should Officials of the FDIC be Prosecuted?’ I wrote:

This was after Trump signed the EO above and was published in the Federal Register. That EO (14218) is still listed in the Federal Register.

When Camarota talks, apparently HUD listens.” Should read it.
As expected, the lawsuits were filed before the ink was dry on that EO. And guess who the judges listened to granting Preliminary Injunctions? Where in the U.S. Constitution does it give CONgress the authority to act as a bank or give financial grants to private organizations or groups like the murderers at Planned Parenthood or illegal aliens who have NO right to be on U.S. soil?
Go look at one case – the list of cities who want YOU to work for illegal aliens while you and your family (and especially seniors who have a difficult time making ends meet) are raped in taxes to pay for the leeches. This is one reason (the other I knew 2008 was coming) my late husband and I left California in 2006. Governors and state legislatures, session after session welcomed illegals while raping us in taxes. At the time the Ninth Circuit was known as the ‘silly circus’.
Trump’s EO was targeted at illegals, not the homeless pooping and pissing on the sidewalks of San Francisco. Trump’s EO was targeted, legally, at those branches of the FEDERAL government regarding illegal aliens. Issues like bums, dopers and local thieves are state issues. Tenth Amendment.
Supreme Court prepares to review Trump executive order on birthright citizenship, March 29, 2026: “The justices on Wednesday will hold oral arguments to review President Donald Trump’s efforts to limit birthright citizenship in the U.S., a landmark case with the potential to upend the lives of millions of Americans and lawful residents.
“At issue is the executive order the president signed on his first day back in office, which would end automatic citizenship for nearly all persons born in the U.S. to undocumented parents, or parents with lawful temporary status in the country — a seismic legal, political, and social shift that critics note would break with more than 150 years of legal precedent.” (Critics – hand out the barf bags.) If you read the rest of that short article: “The privilege of United States citizenship is a priceless and profound gift,” says part of the order. “But the Fourteenth Amendment has never been interpreted to extend citizenship universally to everyone born within the United States.” And, please don’t give me the misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment vomited up by all the pro-illegals groups, organization and lawyers.
From the article above: “The ACLU and other immigrant advocacy groups in the U.S., have accused Trump of attempting to “unilaterally rewrite the 14th Amendment.” More pig crap when you go to the Federal Archives and read the arguments/statements of the author of that Amendment. They aren’t immigrants they’re illegal aliens and the “anchor baby” myth is BIG business.
We can expect the usual BS from junkyard dogs like Kagan, Sotomayor and Jackson. Roberts and Barrett, please retire. Oral Arguments April Fool’s Day. Link to listen to oral arguments. I will be surprised if C-SPAN doesn’t cover it live. I will be watching on line as I haven’t owned a propaganda box (TV) for ten years.
State legislatures MUST stand up and cut off all forms of welfare for illegal aliens who have no right to be on U.S. soil. Aren’t Americans regardless of party – especially communist states like Illinois, California, Oregon and other sick of going to work everyday only to have YOUR money given to freeloaders, criminals who continue to be released by gutless, partisan judges and members of your legislatures – released so they can kill or rob innocent Americans and rape children as young as 4 years old?
Back in 2002, Patrick J. Buchanan wrote a very prophetic book: The Death of the West: How Dying Populations and Immigrant Invasions Imperil Our Country and Civilization. Chapter 5, page 108 – we are there.
The “Supreme” Court’s OPINION on the upcoming citizenship case supposedly will take three months. In the meantime, the shadow government will continue with lots of dirty, dark money to destroy our once great nation. We are experiencing a clash of civilizations.
