As the country knows, real Americans – those who actually care about our Republic – were aghast to see the U.S. “Supreme” Court betray the American people in their grotesque “opinion” regarding the so-called “birthright citizenship” scam; full “opinion.  Justices Alito, Thomas and Gorsuch were the three dissenting voices for the truth. Justice Thomas’ dissent, see page 62. Brilliant.

That case not only should never have even been brought, but the problem about the citizenship industry for ILLEGAL ALIENS could have been stopped in 1993.

For 12 long years I have tried over and over and over to get the solution passed by CONgress:

A Bill: Stop all Public Welfare in Any Form for Illegal Aliens, August 24, 2014 (Mine) – Our Federal Wallet Stretched To Limit By Illegal Aliens Getting Welfare’ “Even worse, Americans have seen heinous crimes committed by individuals who are here illegally.” – Senator Dirty Harry Reid, Democratic/Communist Party USA. He also said that the U.S. open door policy is being abused at the expense of honest, working citizens. August 5, 1993. Dirty Harry’s office issued the following:

“In response to increased terrorism and abuse of social programs by aliens, Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) Today introduced the first and only comprehensive immigration reform bill in Congress. Currently, an alien living illegally in the United States often pays no taxes but receives unemployment, welfare, free medical care and other federal benefits. Recent terrorist acts, including the World Trade Center bombing, have underscored the need to keep violent criminals out of the country…

“Our borders have overflowed with illegal immigrants placing tremendous burdens on our criminal justice system, schools and social programs. The Immigration and Naturalization Service needs the ability to step up enforcement. Our federal wallet is stretched to the limit by illegal aliens getting welfare, food stamps, medical care, and other benefits often without paying any taxes.”

“Safeguards like welfare and free medical care are in place to boost Americans in need of short-term assistance. These programs were not meant to entice freeloaders and scam artists from around the world. Even worse, Americans have seen heinous crimes committed by individuals who are here illegally.”

“His statements were to announce a bill he introduced back then titled the Immigration Stabilization Act [S.1351]. I’m betting it was not written by Dirty Harry, but by lawyers who know what they’re doing and the sure to come legal challenges. It covers the whole gambit of turning off the trillions spent over the past 28 years since Reagan sold us out. One section I want to highlight: TITLE X–CITIZENSHIP

SEC. 1001. BASIS OF CITIZENSHIP CLARIFIED.

“In the exercise of its powers under section 5 of the Fourteenth Article of Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, the Congress has determined and hereby declares that any person born after the date of enactment of this title to a mother who is neither a citizen of the United States nor admitted to the United States as a lawful permanent resident, and which person is a national or citizen of another country of which either of his or her natural parents is a national or citizen, or is entitled upon application to become a national or citizen of such country, shall be considered as born subject to the jurisdiction of that foreign country and not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States within the meaning of section 1 of such Article and shall therefore not be a citizen of the United States or of any State solely by reason of physical presence within the United States at the moment of birth.”

“Dirty Harry was speaking about the legal fiction called ‘anchor babies’ something I have been very vocal about: States Must Fight Legal Fiction Called Anchor Babies. Judge Jeanine ‘Illegally Entering U.S. Is Not a Right to Citizenship‘ – She is on point and says it like it is: “I draw but one conclusion: Barack Obama is intentionally using the immigration crisis as an excuse to change the demographics and ultimately the electorate of this nation.”

Dirty Harry (D-NV) now deceased was one of the most crooked, corrupt gangsters to serve in CONgress in my lifetime.  That bill is 76-pages long and covers it all.  You want to talk about self-deporting tens of millions of ILLEGAL ALIENS -not migrants or so called “undocumented”, Reid’s bill would have made that happen AND stopped the “birthright citizenship” industry.

Of course, Dirty Harry did a 180 and suddenly became a lover of those who have no regard for our laws and smuggle themselves across the border bringing destruction: stealing jobs that belong to Americans or naturalized Americans, raping, murdering, killing innocents on our roadways while drunk and getting millions in “free” medical treatment and doctors while people like me have to wait months for an appointment with a specialist. Many hospitals have shut down over the years, bankrupted by illegals WE pay for while paying for our own health “care” plans.

After dementia addled life time crook, malignant liar and dumb as a rock, fake president, Joe Biden, opened the border, the problem became a national disaster – including national security.  You need to read the rest of my column above on stopping all welfare as it covers California’s Prop. 187 and PLYLER v. DOE, 457 U.S. 202 (1982) – 457 U.S. 202.

Going back to my column above: “GAME PLAN: Dirty Harry’s bill is just about tailor made. It may need a little fine tuning to get the statutes up to speed. At the time, it had a grand total of 3 cosponsors; two Republicans and one Democrat. But, as I said in my column, Sec. 503 needs to be removed. The simple bill I wrote using California’s Prop 187 is more explicit. See Appendix at the end. Section 503 of Reid’s bill must be replaced with Sections 5, 6 & 7 of the bill I wrote.

“Congress goes back into session in a couple of weeks. Please call or fax your U.S. House member if he/she is a strong opponent of amnesty. The same for these specific senators: Ted Cruz, Jeff Sessions and Richard Shelby who was one of the three cosponsors to Reid’s bill in 1993. Tell them about Reid’s bill, give the bill number: S. 1351 (103rd): Immigration Stabilization Act of 1993. Tell them you want it introduced in the House and Senate – with the exception about Sec. 503 that puts real teeth into cutting off benefits. If you can, fax the short bill I wrote and ask that Sec. 503 of Reid’s bill be deleted and Sections 5, 6 & 7 of the bill I wrote be inserted.

“This can be done by the time the Outlaw Congress reopens the candy store, September 8th. Get it introduced and put on the heat to get Boehner to put it to a vote. The same in the senate and let’s see what Dirty Harry Reid has to say – after all, it would be 99% of his own bill!”

“READ the sections on the left side and watch the short video.  I have been writing about stopping this anchor baby scam for two decades.  In 2014, I wrote a column:  STOP ALL WELFARE, STATE, FEDERAL, CITY, COUNTY – and you’ll see MILLIONS self-deport.  I’ve written to dozens of GOP Rep and Senators since, the last one, Rep. Chip Roy {R-TX].  NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE.

“After Trump was elected in 2016 and sworn in, I wrote to him and his most trusted senior WH adviser, Stephen Miller, an alleged leader of deporting illegals. Crickets – and remember:  Republicans held the majority in both the senate and house for 18 months, plenty of time to get this done.

“Not a single reply from any of them to this day.  Of course, at the time, Trump was being bombarded by corrupt scum (Chuck Schumer, et al) with lawsuits, ugly media smears and every effort under the sun to stop building a wall. And since I’m a nobody without a famous name, I have no doubt my letters regarding stopping ALL welfare were simply thrown in the waste basket.

“There is NO excuse why the GOP controlled Congress under Trump’s first term didn’t get the bill passed and signed by Trump. The invasion we’ve seen since usurper, career criminal president, Uncle Joe Biden, would never have happened.  How many Americans would still be alive today instead of murdered by illegal monsters?

Since 2014, I’ve written to dozens and dozens of U.S. House critters and Senators who bellowed the loudest against the illegal alien invasion.  When Trump was sworn in the second time, I again sent (priority mail both times which was a lot of $$ via USPS) President Trump the information on that bill to the WH, Lar-A-Lago and Trump Towers.  I’ve never received a reply from any of them.  Not one.  I doubt Trump ever saw my letters with the solution as he is well isolated and depends on his “trusted” advisers like Susie Wiles.

All these years – 12 – I have repeatedly tried to get ONE U.S. House member or Senator to introduce Reid’s bill and consider mine.  Had this been done during Trump’s first term, those millions who came across the border under Biden and before would NOT have happened.  Now in Trump’s second and final term, here comes the dirt bags on the “Supreme” Court (Except Alito, Gorsuch and Thomas) who have just stuck a sword in our Republic.

We warned do NOT confirm Amy Coney Barrett. John Robert’s is dirty and always has been.  Sotomayor[1][2][3} should have gone to federal prison long ago. Kagan has her agenda and Jackson wouldn’t know what the Constitution said if James Madison stood in front of her and explained it word by word.  Her opinion about the Fourteenth Amendment is pure hogwash.

No exaggeration when I say real Americans support no “birthright citizenship” by a whopping 80% in polls.  Of course, GOP members in CONgress were beyond angry is putting it mildly.  Many said we have to hurry up and get a constitutional amendment passed!  Sure, with all the RINO’s that’s a pipe dream and could take years. Hello, Rand Paul and the rest of you:  A bill is already written and waiting – the one I’ve been trying to get ONE member of CONgress to introduce when Trump had a majority in the House and Senate.  None of you have been interested in all these years.

So, you can imagine my shock when my cousin in S. Dakota sent me email on July 1, 2026, to let me know about an interview with Laura Ingraham on FOX (I haven’t owned a TV for over ten years) who had an interview with Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno whom I was not familiar with.

Sen. Moreno said as soon as CONgress comes back from their July 4^th “recess” (July 13^th) he’s going to introduce Harry Reid’s ‘identical’ bill. I almost fell off my chair. After more than a decade with me hammering on this in many columns, out of the clear blue here’s a U.S. Senator who’s actually going to introduce that bill.

Sen. Moreno is on the Homeland Security Committee in Congress who made no bones about it:  SCOTUS’s decision is an extremely serious threat to the homeland’s security.”

The next morning, I phoned Sen. Moreno’s office in DC and spoke with one of the people who answers the phone.  I told him who I was and about my efforts to get that bill introduced for 12 years and to thank Sen. Moreno for his plan to introduce it soon as CONgress comes back from their recess.

I never got a chance to let him know I believe a section (the one highlighted above) needed to be ‘fixed’ and I had written a short bill as he said thanks, good-bye and it wasn’t very friendly.  Well, since I’m a nobody and not a constituent (or maybe he was just busy), but the man said thanks for calling and hung-up.

We’re either going to permanently solve the problem or play around with the nonsense about a constitutional amendment or some other game plan which will trigger a rash of lawsuits.

What must be done

If you live in Ohio, call Sen. Moreno’s office and thank him for going for a permanent solution and that sections 5, 6 & 7 need to replace the ones in Reid’s bill.  Moreno needs to know real Americans support him for doing this so even if you don’t live in Ohio, call his office and thank him.  We the People have had it with this massive illegal aliens problem and Reid’s bill does that.  Here’s his office numbers.

Of course, the yelling and screaming from members of the Democrat Communist Party USA in CONgress and all the BS talk shows on cable will be enormous. However, Republicans for now hold the majority and President Trump must do everything he can to get that bill (with those sections modified) passed so he can sign it into law BEFORE the mid term election in November as there’s no doubt illegals by the boat load will vote because of our rotten, corrupt election system and the other SCOTUS piece of crap opinion that mail in ballots can be counted forever after an election.

That’s how vote fraud was been so successful since the COVID circus.  It’s how President Trump was cheated out of his second term: ballots counted weeks, sometimes up to a month after Election DAY and middle of the night ballot drops along with corrupt ballot counters.  Most are good Americans, they are, but the Democrat Communist Party USA has trained their traitors well.

Of course, have another problem:  Only 1/3^rd of U.S. Senators are up for reelection, i.e., skanks like Susan Collins [R-Maine], Class II. Texas did sue over this several years ago, but I’m running out of space so I’ll address it in my next column along with one other move must get done by Congress.

In closing, I wonder how Sen. Moreno knew about Reid’s 1993 bill?  Moreno was born in Bogata, Columbia (Became a U.S. citizen in 1985; renounced his Columbian citizenship) and is in his first term. Too bad the rodents in the Democrat Communist Party USA won’t be able to use “racist” as an excuse to attack him. Moreno, like Trump and J.D. Vance, is considered an “outsider”.
