“Attempted murder,” Jose added in Spanish.

Another member who was interviewed last week by Fox News told the reporter, “Criminals are everywhere.  It’s criminals in here.  It is. But it is not that many. It is good people here trying to get through Mexico and then get to the United States.  It doesn’t mean that everybody is a criminal.”

As more of these reports surface, it’s becoming more clear that the DHS was correct in their assessment.

These claims also back up claims made by President Trump that there are criminals scattered throughout he migrant caravan.

Criminals and unknown Middle Easterners are mixed in,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “I have alerted Border Patrol and Military that this is a National Emergency [sic].”
