One last visit regarding the ‘SAVE ACT’ which I opposed in my last column as did many others listing why they believe it’s a flawed bill.  The purpose of that bill is LONG overdue: Stop non-citizens from voting in federal elections. Key words: non-citizens.

Non-U.S. citizens should NOT be able to vote in any election in this country.  Let’s just allow 2 million non-citizens from 20 or 30 countries vote for our elected state officials or local offices which affects everyone of a state in many ways.  They don’t have to take the Oath of Allegiance ones does when legally (and I hope proudly) during a citizenship ceremony:

“I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.”

In certain circumstances for alleged religious reasons, “so help me God” can be eliminated; think muslims even though Islam is not a religion. Newly sworn in NYC mayor, Communist Zohran Mamdani swore his oath of office (if the election was fair) on a pair of Qurans. Sickened me.

Pgs 3, 4: “Causes of Misunderstanding about the Holy War.  In any case, this is a part of political tactics. But from a purely scholastic standpoint when we analyze the causes due to which the red nature of the ‘Holy War for the Cause of God’ has become difficult to understand not only for non-Muslims but Muslims themselves, we discover two major and basic misconceptions.

“The first misunderstanding is that they consider Islam to be a religion in the conventional sense of the term ‘religion’. The second misconception is that they take Muslims to be a ‘Nation’ in the technical sense of this term. In reality Islam is a revolutionary ideology and programme which seeks to alter the social order of the whole world and rebuild it in conformity with its own tenets and ideals. ‘Muslim’ is the title of that International Revolutionary Party organized by Islam to carry into effect its revolutionary programme. And ‘Jihad’ refers to that revolutionary struggle and utmost exertion which the Islamic Party brings into play to achieve this objective…”

Pgs. 6, 7: “Islam wishes to destroy all states and governments anywhere on the face of the earth which are opposed to the ideology and programme of Islam regardless of the country or the Nation which rules it. The purpose of Islam is to set up a state on the basis of its own ideology and programme, regardless of which nation assumes the role of the standard-bearer of Islam or the rule of which nation is undermined in the process of the establishment of an ideological Islamic State.

“Islam requires the earth—not just a portion, but the whole planet—not because the sovereignty over the earth should be wrested from one nation or several nations and vested in one particular nation, but because the entire mankind should benefit from the ideology and welfare programme or what would be truer to say from ‘Islam’ which is the programme of well-being for all humanity. Towards this end, Islam wishes to press into service all forces which can bring about a revolution and a composite term for the use of all these forces is ‘Jihad’.

If you read the whole thing, you’ll get a clear understanding of the goals of Islam; page 27 is a real eye opener: ‘THE STATUS OF THE DHIMMIS (Non-Believers) under the Protection of an Islamic Government.’ Islam is a political party hell bent on forcing every human on this earth to “worship” their putrid, violent ideology, Muhammed and some “god” called Allah.  That includes Sharia Law and mutilating little girl’s genitals.  They are sexual sadists.

The human invasion we’ve endured since Reagan opened the flood gates and the massive invasion of at a minimum 15 MILLION illegals from 120 countries by life long criminal, liar and cheat, Joe Biden (actually his traitorous handlers as Biden had dementia in 2020), was deliberate to get illegals to the ballot box. The fact these non-citizens take no oath but manage to steal from your paycheck for all the freebies can vote in local elections is an abomination.  Many apply for asylum to game the system; 93% are rejected but they vote for laws, regulations and “laws” using fake ID’s that affect naturalized and natural born citizen.

And as we have seen, millions of these moochers– like the Somali hordes in growing enclaves in some cities – are doing their job: voting. Now, we are either a nation of laws or lawlessness and once again, this all comes down to “citizenship”.  Alberto Gonzales, the U.S AG from 2005-2007, admitted on CNN way back when: “Yesterday on CNN, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales admitted that he doesn’t know if his grandparents came from Mexico to the United States legally or illegally, but that his family’s story is the “American dream.”

Sure, it is: lying, cheating and sneaking into another country in violation of their immigration laws. THAT is not my idea of the American dream. Gonzales has admitted he is unaware whether immigration documentation exists for three of his grandparents who were born in Mexico and may have entered and resided in the United States illegally.^[7]”  His father was a migrant worker, mother raised the kids and one of those is Alberto. Chain migration.

Gonzales had to be confirmed by the U.S. Senate under dimwit Bush, Jr.  The U.S. AG is the top legal enforcement individual advising a president on legal matters.  You mean to tell me the FBI vetted his legal citizenship? And as smart and educated as Gonzales is – he didn’t even know where immigration documents were, if any, for his grandparents? Bull. When I got my high security clearance when I worked for DoD decades ago, a thorough investigation was done by the FBI regarding my citizenship, life, no criminal record, etc., before I was hired.

And, since one of my contracts was inside Cheyenne Mountain (NORAD), Colorado, which was the central planning location, I also had to take a retinal scan. Which I did and loved my job. Cheyenne Mountain is so cool, or at least it was back in 1989. However, it was during that time I became a federal whistleblower who had no protection back then. I wrote about it in detail in my second book.

So, at the time (Republican) Gonzales was being considered for the U.S. AG, the FBI couldn’t find any immigration documents for his grandparents LEGALLY entering the U.S.?  If they were illegals so were Gonzales mother and father because their parents were illegals. Again, this is the core issue:  If Gonzales parents were here illegally and Gonzales was born in San Antonio, it still makes him an illegal alien.

It was a big deal back then as Gonzales was the first “Latino” to become a U.S. AG which didn’t last long:  Former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales an Architect of Bush Admin’s CIA Torture Program Endorses Kamala Harris, Sept. 13, 2024. That’s the real Alberto Gonzales.

One further example Ted Cruz supporters will not like but this isn’t a popularity contest it’s about the truth.  Like Marco Rubio (who has come a long way and is doing a really good job) and usurper president Hussein Obama, none of them were/are eligible to run for president. I believe this is why then candidate, Donald Trump, called Cruz “lying’ Ted”. I believe Trump knew.  Trump also had to know Cruz was also ineligible to be a U.S. Senator.

Ted Cruz claimed dual citizenship so when he decided to run for president, big fan fare by the media whores saturated the Internet when Cruz announced he was giving up his alleged Canadian Dual Citizenship. One bothersome detail Ted and the media whores left out: Cruz as born on Dec. 22, 1970 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  J.B. Williams did a hell of a lot of research on whether or not Ted Cruz had dual citizenship never mind he is not to this day a natural born citizen and therefore ineligible to run for president.  Yes, it is a bit of reading, but the truth always floats to the top. Laws regarding children born in a foreign country of a diplomat, an unexpected delivery by mom or military are different so we mustn’t confuse them.

Ted Cruz is not a legal U.S. Citizen at all, March 8, 2016: “From January 1, 1947 until February 15, 1977, Canadian law prohibited “dual citizenship.” Foreign parents giving birth to a child in Canada in 1970 were forced to choose between Canadian citizenship only, or citizenship in another country, and to declare that with Canadian officials at the time of birth. The parents of Ted Cruz chose and declared “Canadian citizenship” for Rafael Edward Cruz.”

Texas refuses to answer Cruz question, March 30, 2016: “One document alone sinks the Cruz ship… the official Canadian document accepting Senator Cruz’s request to renounce his legal citizenship in Canada. On that document, it states that Ted Cruz became a legal citizen of Canada on December 22, 1970, his date of birth, and during a time when Canada did not allow any “dual citizenship.” It also states that Ted Cruz remained a legal citizen of Canada until he officially renounced on May 14, 2014.

“This document alone proves that Ted Cruz was NOT a citizen of the United States at birth, much less a “natural born Citizen” of the United States, that he was NOT a “dual citizen” at birth and that he was indeed a legal citizen of Canada in 2012, when he misled Texas voters in his campaign for the U.S. Senate. Texas voters had no idea that Ted was a legal citizen of Canada.

“In December of 2013, the North American Law Center asked Ted to do the right thing in a letter. A letter which Ted Cruz has never responded to…” Rest at link.

How to finish off canadian Cruz, May 4, 2016 (Emphasis mine): “Meanwhile, numerous legal challenges concerning Ted’s ineligible status continued to be rejected by courts that will never rule Ted “ineligible” because they would have to rule Obama “ineligible” at the same time. Oh, it’s true. Neither is eligible for the Oval Office… but as long as Obama occupies that office, no court in the USA is going to rule against Ted and Ted knows it…

“Unless Ted also has a United States birth record from 1970, the result of a CRBA (Consular Report of Birth Abroad), he has no proof (admissible evidence) to support his claim that he was a “dual citizen” of both Canada and the United States on December 22, 1970. Despite endless requests by numerous sources, no such proof has been offered by Ted Cruz or his campaign…How did a legal citizen of Canada become a U.S. Senator from Texas?”

I wanted to know because back then I had a propaganda box (TV) which I haven’t owned one now for ten years. As the Cruz citizenship verification war heated up, I personally watched (not sure after all this time if it was CNN or FOX) the Minister of Canada’s citizenship division clearly stated Cruz was a Canadian citizen.  I tried to phone the Minister’s office and was blown off as I wasn’t Canadian; my household budget didn’t include enough money to drive from W. Texas to Toronto to go in person until I got the document I was seeking.

I then put out the word asking for help from someone who lived in Canada.  A gentleman volunteered and as a natural born Canadian, bless his heart he tried to get the document I was seeking but their citizenship divisions refused saying they needed Cruz’ approval first and that was that.

I bring all this up because that despicable old hag, Senator Susan Collins (RINO from Maine has lived off your paycheck for 27 years, age 73 and running for reelection) has decided to back the SAVE ACT.  BREAKING: Sen. Susan Collins Backs SAVE Act With ONE CONDITION — GOP Now Secures 51 Senate Votes with JD Vance On Board to Enforce Voter ID Nationwide, Feb. 13, 2026: “In a major development that could reshape the future of federal election law in the United States, Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) has officially announced her support for the SAVE Act.”

Hooray! According to the Senate calendar:  “Boxed area indicates a scheduled non-legislative period: February 16-22^nd.”  Early voting here in my county in W. Texas voting starts February 17^th so the hurry up and “get it passed” will have no effect in determining if a voter is a legal U.S. citizen.

And remember:  Whoever wins the primary for their “party” goes on the November ballot (Hold Your Nose and Vote) so you’ll have a choice of R or D.  Let me tell you a FACT:  Birth certificates and other documents being used by illegals are dirt cheap and can be purchased as easy as buying a loaf of bread at a store. I KNOW as I’ve seen it on street corners in LA and Austin, TX.  I’ve been on election fraud and all its tentacles since 1993.

Even if President Trump signed the “SAVE ACT” tomorrow it will make NO difference regarding election fraud we know is rampant for those critical primaries coming up – not to mention the Senate isn’t in session altho’ that could change by the time this gets published.

So, the most critical mid-elections in the history of our Republic will see the same illegal voters cast votes during these primaries as they did before – especially in the big metro cities.  Even if President Trump signs the “SAVE ACT” next week, do you really think election divisions (county clerks and their staffs) can be ready by the November election in identifying who is legal and who is using fraudulent birth certificates or other ID’s?

2025:  There are approximately 9,215 voting precincts across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and major territories. Elections are under the county bureaucracy.  There are 3,244 counties in this country.  Judicial Watch has done an amazing job suing many counties in several states – and winning – for counties to adhere to the law and clean up their voting rolls – as in removing deceased “voters” – thousands and thousands of them. But with all those counties and precincts, primaries going on and the Un-Supreme Court (and make no mistake it isn’t just about citizenship and the myth known as ‘anchor babies’), confusion, paperwork and sure to come more lawsuits by the Democrat Communist Party USA.

The ID issue in the bill (and BTW: With Voter ID, Somalia Is Embarrassing America Over Election Integrity – PJ Media, Feb. 7, 2026) is tangled up with the Motor Voter Law of 1993 which is a diabolical tool for the long planned destruction of our Constitutional Republic.

In a previous column I gave you the link for primary dates for all 50 states; from March through August! And I also wrote:  The citizenship issue oral arguments won’t be heard by the Supreme Court until 1 April. (I bet my friend that Chief Justice John Roberts will sell us out but I pray I’m wrong. As for Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson whose IQ can’t be higher than 60 and can’t define a woman, God help us.

US Supreme Court: Jurisdiction and 2025-2026 Term: By law, the Court’s term begins on the first Monday in October and ends the Sunday prior to the first Monday in October of the following year (28 U.S.C. § 2). Typically, the Court takes a recess from late June until early October. Isn’t that great? Wyoming’s primary is August 18, 2026. The make-or-break mid-term election for our beloved country is Nov. 3, 2026.  Gee, what could go wrong?

I have written more columns on vote fraud than I can count since 1993. Explained what the alleged loser must do but over the years we’ve had partisan, corrupt judges throw out cases of provable fraud – Nevada in 2020 is the worst I’ve ever seen; I watched the hearing live.

This is the definitive and documented evidence of crimes that cannot, must not be ignored.

“One thing that showed up in his findings was the same thing I wrote about back in 1996: discrepancies in the numbers during the voting process – where are those votes? If you click here and go to page seven of my findings, you’ll see what I’m talking about. I knew what happened: vote rigging and it was done by the machines. We saw the same thing repeat itself during this last phony primary season.

“I interviewed Prof. Phillips about his book on my radio show, Witness to a Crime: A Citizens’ Audit of an American Election.  A 100% approval level by Amazon readers (which also comes with a disc.)  There’s no question globalist John Kerry won Ohio, but due to the cheating, George W. Bush was given the Electoral College votes and “won” the election. It would have been another disaster for our republic had Kerry become president but cheating is wrong. The Democrat Communist Party USA is badly wounded and a badly wounded animal is very dangerous.  We must drown them in GOP votes (for patriotic candidates and the few incumbents) in CONgress.
