Family of Americans killed by drones gives up court fight

Relatives of three Americans killed by drone strikes in Yemen will not appeal a federal judge’s dismissal of their lawsuit. Anwar Al-Awlaki, Abdulrhman Al-Awlaki and Samir Khan were killed by the US’ controversial targeted killings program without facing a trial. In April, a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit brought by relatives seeking accountability. The father of Al-Awalki says he has now lost faith in American courts. RT’s Lindsay France has more details on the decision.
