Lt. Shine a Top Secret Security clearance where he worked at the submarine base in San Diego as Port Engineer; worked for Military Sealift Command and Naval Fleet Auxilary Force as Civil Servant, Military Officer and Federal Contractor; and also as an engineer and Life Cycle Manager and Federal Contractor on multi-billion dollar missle frigates know as DDGs or Aegis Class destroyers at Pearl Harbor. Lt Shine served in roles managing installation of gas turbine main propulsion equipment and associated gear drives for naval combatants like DDGs. Lt. Shine has sailed as an Engineering Officer while advancing and holding his Chief Engineer’s License for unlimited horsepower on motor/gas turbine and steam turbines in the U.S. Merchant Marine and maritime industry. Lt.
