2025 will mark the 30th year since former U.S. Army soldier Michael New stood on solid principle and refused to fight under UN command. The link directly below is my interview of his father Daniel New (pictured above) about his son’s battle against world governance in the mid-1990s and the implications and ramifications of that battle today.

Some background:

What had looked like a probable military career for Michael New took a sharp turn in 1995 when the young Army medic, raised in a homeschooled environment and taught the essential principles of the U.S. Constitution and the Republic that it created, clearly saw the fundamental conflict between signing up to be an American soldier and being assigned in Europe to serve under UN command in the form of wearing UN insignia and even fighting under a foreign commander.

With a clear conscience but a tough legal battle ahead, he stood on solid principle and refused to wear the UN Blue in any form, be it a UN beret, a UN helmet, or the official UN Command Shoulder Patch.
His decision to ‘step out of formation’ on a fateful October day at an Army base in Germany sent the Army brass reeling and forced the globalist-leaning U.S. establishment, all the way up to the President himself, to examine its premises. The outcome is still being felt. Tune in to this interview for a remarkable and inspiring profile in courage.
