Not if he is cheated again by human and technology fraud and make no mistake:  The Democrat/Communist Party USA and the cockroaches who do their dirty work are firming up their plans just in case Trump isn’t convicted of any crimes or thrown in jail.

I became aware of exactly how our elections were being stolen back in 1992.  I ran for Congress as an Independent that election year because I knew I couldn’t beat my opponent, RINO Wally Herger as a Republican.  I was actually shocked so many Republicans changed their voter registration to Independent (as I did) for the 1994 primary.  But the second time I ran against him in 1996 (back to the Republican Party), I knew I could win.  What happened to me has been going on for decades.

Vote Fraud Conference/Audit the Vote, August 30, 2000, mine:

“Jim held a “Friday Night at The Movies” and I can tell you, it was a real eye-opener. One piece of news film we viewed was Clinton’s campaign headquarters on “election” day, 1992, the time was 12:15 pm EST. You could see George Stephanopoulous celebrating with everyone because they had just been notified by the media that Mr. Clinton had “won” the 1992 presidential election at 12:15 – lunchtime.

“Folks, that’s 9:15 in the morning here in California – one hr and 15 minutes after our polls opened. Just how in the hell did they count tens of millions of votes in 15 or 20 states for the electoral college delegates to determine where to throw their vote by lunch time on election day? Hmm? The comment made on this news clip was that the media doesn’t tell the people at the same time because it’s their policy. Oh, good.

“One thing that is critical in understanding this travesty is learning about the hoax called entrance and exit polls. Jim Condit has the skinny on this and you need to visit his web site and get up to speed. Other film included:  CBS News’ anchor, Dan Rather, gives his five- minute report which aired on Election Eve, 1988.

“Footage of actual ballot tampering with little tweezers in Miami and Cincinnati, as reported by the late Ken & Jim Collier, co-authors of Votescam; an excellent five- minute report by Mary Krutko and Nick Clooney (actor George Clooney’s father) which aired on WKRC-TV in Cincinnati about The Wiretapper, 1987, who gave sworn court testimony that he was involved in fixing an election through wiretapping.”

You will see a comprehensive breakdown of a few elections I did and all the missing votes here.  What was so discouraging to so many of us is just how uninterested average Americans were regarding rigging our elections.  Vote fraud became nothing but a bar joke about if you live in Chicago, vote twice.

How They Sell Vote Fraud As Legitimate Election Totals, Feb. 20, 2017, mine: “Paul ‘Rat’ Ryan should not have won his primary last year, either. His challenger, Paul Nehlin, ran tough against Ryan who is much hated by a substantial number of Republican conservatives in his district as well as across this country – with good reason. Paul Ryan Running Scared in Final Days Ahead of Primary Election, August 4, 2016: “House Speaker Paul Ryan’s policy record is collapsing among voters here under scrutiny from Republican challenger Paul Nehlen, so badly that Ryan is refusing to appear even on the Fox News Channel.”

“Yet, come primary night, miraculously the alleged final vote count was 84-15. I almost choked when I saw that number. The perception is – even though Ryan was peeing his pants a week before the primary – suddenly the voters of his district overwhelmingly approve of his anti-American worker, anti-Constitution voting record. Rat Ryan supported the job & sovereignty killer, TPP. Nehlin opposed it.

“On primary night in my run for the U.S. House, March 26, 1996, despite being behind only 5-7% points (internal polling) behind Rep. Waffle Wally Herger two weeks before the primary and no scandals, my race was called at 8:01 pm – one minute after the polls closed and no votes counted: 86-14 in favor of Herger. The Secty of state stopped counting at around 6:00 am. The numbers never really changed. Additionally, in the largest county in the district I went to vote and my name wasn’t even on the ballot! We had to write in my name. I was in shock; there was nothing I could do.

“Check these winners/losers that night (primary March 26, 1996): 85-15, 81-18, 85-15, 81-18, 85-15, 86-14, 87-13, 81-18 and 81-14 which was my race. Those were the results for a few incumbents vs challengers for the U.S. House throughout the state of California. Every incumbent, including Herger all voted for NAFTA. All challengers including me were opposed to that unconstitutional, destructive ‘agreement’. Wonder why we all allegedly lost?

“Those house seats were scattered all over the state of California. Unless you’re specifically looking at a particular race, in a state the size of California or Texas, people don’t put together the pattern, but it sure as hell is there. Herger was a low-level flunky buddy of NAFTA cheerleader, Newt Gingrich…

“The perception in my run was that the voters in that district overwhelmingly approved of Herger’s voting record which they did NOT. My support was firm and widespread. The morning after the primary a woman called my office to tell me she worked a precinct in a smaller county. When she came in primary night, she observed ballots spread all over the table instead of in sealed boxes which is the law. She was told to mind her own business and go back to work. While my race was called at 8:01 pm, in the second largest county in the district, the county clerk’s office didn’t even get the ballots until hours later.

“The Republican Secretary of State refused to look at my case after I filed a formal complaint. My name wasn’t on the ballot in Butte County, in violation of state law ballots were taken out of the secured boxes and he could care less. I didn’t have the money at the time to sue. That’s when I left the Republican Party and have remained no party since.

“The only way we are going to get accurate vote counts is to scrap ALL forms of electronic voting and counting (scanning), period. NO voting over the Internet, overturn the Motor Voter Law of 1993 and crack down on absentee ballots – those are ripe for fraud. Paper ballots hand counted in front of the public. If you watch the video below, I explain this further. It’s the only way to clean up our elections.”

BTW: Way back then I ran on abolishing the unconstitutional ‘Federal’ Reserve, getting us out of the United Nothing (UN) to keep us from being sucked into a one world government, no ‘free’ trade and abolishing unconstitutional cabinets like the Federal Dept of Education. THAT’S why I allegedly lost by a landslide. The perception being the voters overwhelmingly rejected my message. That simply was not the case.

The Democrat/Communist Party USA is a criminal syndicate IMHO.  I wish there was some way to file a RICO lawsuit against them for conspiracy and election fraud but that would require a couple million dollars and take years in our corrupt court system.  FOIA’s (Freedom of Information Act) would drag on until you have to sue (just like what Judicial Watch does all the time, bless them) to get documents and all electronic foot prints.

Dedicated Americans are still uncovering proof of election fraud from the 2020 steal.  This time, Nov. 5, 2024, we cannot allow the shadow government to cheat us again as well as Trump.  Never in my lifetime have I seen such hatred against a candidate for president.  When the appeals court lowered the absurd and unconstitutional (Eighth Amendment) bail for the grotesque circus called a trial out in NYC brought by the thoroughly corrupt maggot, NY AG Letticia James, the melt down on the “left” was beyond words.

While driving around on March 25^th listening to the Clay & Buck radio show they played an audio clip of a deranged guest on MSNBC (another purveyor of blatant lies network).  Didn’t catch the man’s name but he proclaimed “the appeal court swoops in” to rescue Trump by lowering the bail amount to $175 million dollars.  These people – they are clinically insane.  Not just Deranged Trump Syndrome, but seriously mentally ill.  Appeals courts do not “swoop in”.  That case should never, ever have been brought to court.

I did find this 1:43 video of that crybaby crapping his diaper because Trump’s bail was lowered.  Trump has his own private militia?

Make no mistake, the shadow government is determined to keep Trump from winning fairly this November and only We the People can stop it.

First – and if Trump’s high dollar attorneys would have done this in November 2020 – I firmly believe Trump would have served his second term.  Ballot counting stops at midnight ON election DAY for federal candidates.  I’ve written about this several times.  “If you missed my column on this, please read it:  Finally: RNC Files Bombshell Election Lawsuit, Jan. 29, 2024

I have contacted our county judge who presides over our county commissioners who have oversight for our elections.  He’s a good man and is taking this seriously.  I sent him a follow up while his legal people are reviewing the information I had previously sent:

“In Foster v Love, all nine justices on the U.S. Supreme Court agreed that Congress set an election DAY for federal offices.  Not six hours later or two weeks later.  That’s how Trump was cheated out of his second term in the 2020 “election”.  All those ballot dumps in the middle of the night and the rest of the disgraceful shenanigans pulled off by the Democrat/Communist Party USA and partisan DemonRat judges in PA, NV, MN, GA, AZ, MI.

“I did listen to the oral arguments and read all the opinions and the final decision in that case issued by Justice Souter. The lawsuit filed by the RNC in Mississippi cites Foster v Love which was a Louisiana case but the same constitutional legal issues as the Mississippi case.

“12. The RNC has vital interests in protecting the ability of Republican voters to cast, and Republican candidates to receive, effective votes in Mississippi elections and elsewhere. The RNC brings this suit to vindicate its own rights in this regard, and in a representational capacity to vindicate the rights of its members, affiliated voters, and candidates.”

“Of course there’s the usual legal dance doing on; the last movement on the docket is dated March 18, 2024…The RNC case is going to have to get sped up because Nov. 5th will be here before you can blink.”

I checked the docket again on March 26^th and didn’t see any forward motion.  Trump is ahead in the polls in 7 swing states over Biden which means nothing.  Democrats and Independents are not voting for that mentally gone old crook, they’re voting for the immoral, obscene and unconstitutional policies of his unlawful administration.

If you belong to your county GOP club/committee, you need to make sure they as well as your county commissioners and county clerks are aware of the Supreme Court’s decision.  I have no doubt Trump (this time around) has a network of individuals who will be election hawks on Nov. 5^th.   But it’s the machines and precinct workers who claim to be Americans but have no problem cheating during counting for their party.

It’s also candidates for the U.S. House and 1/3^rd of the Senate in November.  If the DemonRats get away with cheating and allegedly take control of the U.S. House, Trump will be up against a wall of hatred by insane fools who will work tirelessly to make sure none of his efforts are successful.  The same applies to the Senate.  To say this is the most important election in our history is not an over statement.  The shadow government is losing ground and they will stop at nothing to keep Trump out of the WH and regain control of the House and Senate.

Second, the shenanigans that went on in 2020 in those swing states by precinct workers cannot be allowed to happen again.  Yes, several of the states with GOP controlled legislatures passed some new laws in an effort to stop election fraud, but it’s those machines that dominate counting our vote.

I’ve written about this before:  Marxist puppet, John Kerry, won Ohio in 2004 and that time it was Republicans who pulled off the steal.  No doubt in my mind about that. The Electoral College votes went to Bush, Jr and he became president.

A Citizens’ Audit of an American Election, July 10, 2008

The amount of work that went into this investigation is staggering: 30,0000 images of forensic evidence, then personally examining 126,000 ballots, 127 poll books and 141 voter signature books from 18 counties in Ohio. This is the definitive and documented evidence of crimes that cannot, must not be ignored.

“One thing that showed up in his findings was the same thing I wrote about back in 1996: discrepancies in the numbers during the voting process – where are they? If you click here and go to page seven of my findings, you’ll see what I’m talking about. I knew what happened: vote rigging and it was done by the machines. We saw the same thing repeat itself during this last phony primary season. A recount was paid for and done in the State of New Hampshire. The so-called final audit of the numbers did not agree with the results as recorded on primary night. Samples by several election years (* incumbent).  You think it’s just they’re so popular in their district but that would be dead wrong.  I did those exhaustive lists of election results for a long time but finally stopped because voters didn’t seem to care.

This is a lengthy video interview with Professor Phillips which everyone should watch.  He brings up the fact that provisional ballots weren’t even counted until 11 days after election day in violation of the Supreme Court’s decision in Foster v Love.  John Kerry is a die-hard globalist POS.  Bush, Jr. made sure our precious military remained cannon fodder for undeclared wars in the Middle East.  Either we believe in fair and impartial elections at all levels or we will just continue sliding into the sewer and become another third world banana republic.  Phillips book comes with a CD.

Second:  Alleged losers should immediately file to stop certification of the vote if they were very close in the polls or smell fraud.  Yes, I watched all the hearings in GA & AZ and yes, rotten judges in those states made sure skanks like AZ Gov. Katie Hobbs won that “election” through in-your-face fraud.  But, a candidate can’t just walk away.

It’s up to us to stop another steal of not just the presidency, but also members of Congress.  I have no doubt other offices like mayors of huge cities like Chicago, NYC, LA are also fixed.  There are organizations all over the country working (almost all volunteers) to stop election fraud who always need more volunteers or are exposing fraud and how to fix it.

The image that Texas and Florida are bastions of fair elections is a crock.  To find an organization in your county, contact your GOP Committee; you can find the individual in charge by asking your county election clerk.  They are familiar with groups and organizations.

I could go on and on, but the bottom line is if Trump is cheated again, he will not be able to implement his plans to start mass deportation of illegal aliens and his other campaign promises which I am going to break down in Part II coming soon.

We’re all tired.  I know Americans work full time or even part time, raising a family – we’re all pressed for time every day.  But, there’s plenty of retired Americans who do care and need to step up to the plate.  Sure, it requires we all sacrifice our time but our country is imploding from within right now and it’s only going to get worse and dirtier.

Which a good reason to hold meetings on a Saturday mid-morning.  People get up, have breakfast, go to a meeting and then go about the rest of your weekend after your group or organization has its list of what needs to get done.  Some organizations meet in the evening and that works for their area but it’s up to us.

The Democrat/Communist Party USA is well organized and funded by billionaires who hate America and only worship their greenbacks and lust for power.  There’s no going back if we have another stolen election and the take-over is complete.  What happens this November will affect your children and grandchildren.  What will you say to them if we fail?
