It’s confusing because some photos show attached earlobes and others detached, while the one above appears to show only one attached…Also no chin indentation.

And not only the earlobes, but now there’s an indentation in the chin…as also can be seen in the Rense photo.
It is said that many public officials have long used body doubles – for obvious security reasons, but the photo above is taken from a public speech.
Even the tone of voice, mannerisms, and general demeanor indicate clearly that this is not the same person as the Senator Biden we once knew, as shown in the video below at 12:00, though Dr. Fetzer actually begins speaking about Biden around the 10 minute mark.
