Rapid Global Cooling Alert Could Trigger Freeze-Up Of Warming ‘Science’
September 2, 2016 in News by RBN Staff
Climate, if it changes at all, evolves so slowly that the difference cannot be seen in a human lifetime. That was the opinion of most people, and nearly all scientists, through the first half of the 20th century. No longer. No matter how many times the press and the government has screamed at us that that we are living in a warming world Nature is screaming louder that it is getting cooler.
On Wednesday night August 17 the mercury in the Netherlands dropped to 0 degrees. This is unusual because never anywhere in the country at this time of year has the temperature dropped to freezing. According to Weather Online, in the period from 20 July to 21 August there has never been reported frost on the ground.
Record cold in parts of Europe—some the coldest in 100 years, some the coldest ever. That is the reality of August 13, 2016. Summer snows fell in Sweden and a city in Saxony experienced its coldest temperature on record. Is it just Europe that is dramatically turning colder, because of a slowing Atlantic current or the entire world?
Just after the peak of the 11 year solar cycle, combined with the record warm El Nino, what we should now expect are rapidly declining global temperatures until we reach a cold bottom in the 2030s or later. Manmade CO2 has very little to do with global temperatures, which is now obvious because we are at record highs in CO2 levels yet temperatures are now heading down afterbasically no measurable global warming these past 18 years. Cooling from the weakening El Nino is now rapidly occurring as we transition toward likely La Nina conditions by early fall.
The latest chart above shows the large reduction of the northeastern Pacific warm blob, and the huge growth in the North Atlantic cold region. Source: cropped from Unisys.
The above chart shows two major developments: 1) the northeastern Pacific warm blob has shriveled away massively, and 2) the North Atlantic cool spot has exploded in size and is now a vast region of cold sea surface temperatures. The northern hemisphere is de facto getting refrigerated.
Even the mainstream news channels are getting into the act. “The Earth is likely to get relief in 2017 from record scorching temperatures. According to the government, July was the hottest single month since records began in the 19th century, driven by greenhouse gases and an El Nino event warming the Pacific. In a welcome break, a new annual record is unlikely in 2017 since the effect of El Nino – a phenomenon that warms the eastern Pacific and can disrupt weather patterns worldwide every two-seven years – is fading.”
Was All In Their Heads
Dr. David Evans, a former climate modeller for the Government’s Australian Greenhouse Office, says global warming predictions have been vastly exaggerated in error. He said, “There is no empirical evidence that rising levels of carbon dioxide will raise the temperature of the Earth’s surface as fast as the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) predicts.”
In 2009, I began to write about global cooling after a year of careful study to see which way the weather was really blowing. Part of my reason for investigating this subject is the fact that increasing cold would represent a causative factor in the creation of disease and does have a lot to do with survivability. NASA already knew our true fate in 2006 when they reported that theSun’s conveyor belt was slowing down.
It was from 2008 that the handwriting was on the wall. In May of that year the National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC) predicted that the North Pole would be ice-free during the 2008 melt season because of ‘global warming.’ In Feb 2009 they admitted that they’ve underreported Arctic ice extent by 193,000 square miles (500,000 square kilometers). They blamed the error on satellite problems and sensor drift. Moreover, the ice melt during the Antarctic summer (October-January) of 2008-2009 was the lowest ever recorded in the 30 years of satellite history. Such was the finding reported last week by Marco Tedesco and Andrew Monaghan in the journal Geophysical Research.
Having already reported record cold in Antarctica this year at the Russian instillation, in 2010 the German Neumayer III station recorded the lowest temperature ever—since starting operations there 29 years ago. The mercury dropped to -50.2°C (-58.36°F).
The latest report says that the tip of the Antarctic peninsula has cooled over the past 15 years. These words were reported by a global warming publication, which still insists that global warming is functioning. Less than a year ago NASA said that an increase in Antarctic snow accumulation that began 10,000 years ago is currently adding enough ice to the continent to outweigh the increased losses from its thinning glaciers.
Rapid And Dangerous Cooling Is Underway
Both satellite and NASA datasets show that rapid cooling is underway. The cooling we are seeing in the troposphere really is spectacular. What we are experiencing is the second largest cooling in 37+ years of satellite records. Ending in June we had a 2-month temperature fall of -0.37 deg. C, the largest was -0.43 deg. C in Feb. 1988.
In New Zealand in the beginning of August the temperature in the city of Queenstown, South Island, dropped to -6.5 ° C (the historical record for August is -7.8 ° C), making this one of the lowest levels recorded in the last hundred years. The next morning the temperature dropped to -7.9 ° C on the town of Waiouru Astrip, and -7.1 ° C in Dunedin.
I remember writing in 2011 that Christmas day was the coldest ever with mercury plummeting to MINUS 18 as UK headed towards the biggest December freeze since 1890, read the headlines on the 25th of that December. The mercury plummeted to –5.9°C at Glenlivet in 1996, but that record was smashed. Several parts of Sweden, including the southern region Götaland and eastern Svealand, will have experienced the coldest December in at least 110 years.
On 22 July 2015 a carefully planned, 115-day scientific expedition on the Canadian icebreaker CCGS Amundsen has been put on hold as the vessel was called to help resupply ships navigate heavy ice on the eastern side of Hudson Bay. Worst ice conditions in 20 years!
Last August, we had record-breaking cold in several areas of the world. The mercury dipped to 17.3 degree Celsius in Shanghai on July 6, close to the historic maximum temperature of 15.9 degree Celsius on July 2, 1876. Meaning that was the coldest it has been there in 145 years!
Last August we also read: Exceptional’ cold front blankets Montana, Wyoming peaks with rare July snow, reads the headline in the Washington Post. We even had the first freezing temperature ever recorded for the month of August in Casper Wyoming.
There was no summer last year in Sweden. In Moscow, it was also cold. In the middle of August, temperatures went down beating long-standing records for cold at this time of year by 5-6 degrees.
Conclusion
Global warming is something that has been rammed down the public’s throat and yet only fifty percent believe the audacious lies. The biggest difference between republicans and democrats over climate change today is that the republicans do not believe in manmade warming (but only a fool cannot see that the climate is changing dramatically) and the Democrats have all turned into scientists or so they think.
It was in 2009, after scientists announced that we had no global warming for 10 years already, that Oklahoma Sen. James Inhofe, the leading Republican on the Environment and Public Works Committee said, “Until this year, any scientist, reporter or politician who dared raise even the slightest suspicion about the science behind global warming was dismissed and repeatedly mocked. Today I have been vindicated.” Republicans are still crying foul play, and are still being ridiculed by the Obama establishment seven years later.
As the weather turns colder and as people get hungry, there will be a worldwide struggle for power as people and governments get desperate. The one-world government globalists are the same bunch that are the global warming crowd so watch out!
It is a race against time now what will crush us first. The financial world, the real economy, war and overwhelming cold that will decimate the agricultural sector, which is already being hammered by floods, drought and now increasing cold.
