The State of Tennessee, the EAC, and the two accredited entities that test voting machines, Pro V&V and SLI Compliance, investigated the anomaly and were able to repeat the problem but were not able to determine the root cause of the anomaly.

#3 — WHY DID FULTON COUNTY (PA) FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT LAST MONTH?

Fulton County has made a very simple and very effective argument: if the Halderman Declaration is accurate — and neither the federal government’s own cybersecurity agency nor Dominion Voting Systems have claimed otherwise — then Dominion Voting Systems could not have delivered properly certified machines according to the contract.
