Bizarre Breaking News: WORLD #1 GOLFER ARRESTED OUTSIDE MAJOR PGA CHAMPIONSHIP EVENT

Following traffic snarling due to a fatality outside the Louisville, Kentucky site of the major golf event, The PGA Championsip, the #1 ranked golfer in the world, Scottie Scheffler, was arrested during an apparent misunderstanding with a police officer directing traffic, and booked into jail.
A tournament worker had been struck and killed by a bus. The resulting chaos led to a very strange turn of events directly in front of the entrance to the golf course.
Scheffler faces several serious charges including 2nd Degree Assault on a Police Officer, and reckless driving.
Scheffler has arrived at the golf course and is scheduled to tee off in mere minutes at 10:08 ET and has just released an ‘official’ statement concerning the surreal event.
