CRIMINAL ALIEN RAPISTS, CHILD PREDATORS FREED IN U.S. INSTEAD OF DEPORTED

“These released criminals are [illegal] immigrants who were convicted of sex-related crimes and ordered deported, sometimes after serving a state or federal prison term. But if their home country will not take them back… [and ICE] must release them after six months because the Supreme Court in 2001 barred the agency from holding immigrants indefinitely.”

President Barack Obama’s idea of protecting Americans includes restricting gun ownership, disrespecting and denigrating police officers, and releasing illegal aliens convicted of heinous and serious crimes such as sex crimes against children, rape and kidnapping for ransom, according to veteran law enforcement officers. An example of this politically-correctness gone berserk was discussed on Tuesday by Judicial Watch and as well as U.S. Border Patrol Agent Chris Cabrera, a whistleblower that appears to be daring the Obama administration to try silencing him.

In fact, this year while testifying before a panel of U.S. Senators, Agent Cabrera said,”Agents who repeatedly report groups larger than 20 face retribution. Management will either take them out of the field and assign them to processing detainees at the station or assign them to a fixed position in low volume areas as punishment,” Needless to say Agents got the message and now stay below this 20 person threshold no matter the actual size of the group, Cabrera told the senate panel on March 13.

According to the watchdog group Judicial Watch, there are literally thousands of criminal aliens who were convicted of felonies, such as rape, child molestation and kidnapping, who were released in the United States by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). To make matters worse, and the DHS directorates responsible for immigration enforcement don’t keep track of the now free illegal alien felons.

When questioned by the Boston Globe about these alleged releases, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokesperson told the journalist: “These released criminals are [illegal] immigrants who were convicted of sex-related crimes and ordered deported, sometimes after serving a state or federal prison term. But if their home country will not take them back… [and ICE] must release them after six months because the Supreme Court in 2001 barred the agency from holding immigrants indefinitely.”

“The excuse sounds legitimate until you realize ICE did not exist in 2001. It was created in 2002 as part of the creation of the Department of Homeland Security,” said former sex crimes investigator Georgette Speigeler. “The bottomline is no one cares if these criminal aliens rape women, sexually molest children, or commit other serious crimes. The Democrats want the Latino vote and so what if a few people are hurt along the way,” she said.

“At the very least, ICE is supposed to assure that the thugs register with local authorities as sex offenders, but the agency doesn’t even bother to do that. Instead, once ICE frees the offenders, agency officials often lose track of them despite outstanding deportation orders. It’s like negligence on steroids,” said officials at Judicial Watch.

Anyone — law enforcement officer or journalist — conducting an investigation of ICE, finds their explanations are weak. For example, officials will state repeatedly that the criminals can’t be handed over to removal officers because the criminal aliens’ home countries refuse to take them back. Once criminal aliens complete a federal or state prison sentence, ICE can only hold them for six months unless the convicted felons are proven to be mentally ill and dangerous to others or themselves.

The Boston Globe news story “identified 424 released illegal immigrants convicted of sex-related crimes in the records obtained under the lawsuit. Around half appeared in the national public sex offender registry as required by law. Of the registered sex offenders, 53 failed to re-register after ICE released them and the agency didn’t bother to follow up.”
