A shocking new video montage of President Joe Biden’s declining mental capacity went viral after being posted on X earlier this week.
The video, put out by the Republican National Committee’s research division, contains several clips of Biden mumbling and how he appears to lose track of what he’s trying to say.
Other clips show Biden rambling and confused.

Biden’s worsening mental condition is having a huge effect on his polls as voters realize he is not capable of doing his job.
Earlier this year, one physician said she didn’t believe the president could pass a rudimentary mental exam.
Dr. Carole Lieberman said voters should not simply focus on Biden’s age.
She said there is “talk about Biden being too old to run, which isn’t the case.”
“It’s not about his being too old,” she said, according to The Western Journal.
“There are people a lot older who have their marbles and are very intelligent and know history and are able to know how to put this country in a good direction.
“So it’s not age. … It’s about his competency,” Lieberman continued.
“If he took the test that I was offering him — this mini-mental status test, or some other kind of test of competency — there’s no way he would pass.”
She also speculated that Biden couldn’t even answer this question: “Who is the president of the United States?
Lieberman was referring to a mini-mental state exam that is “an 11-question measure that tests five areas of cognitive function: orientation, registration, attention and calculation, recall, and language,” according to the Hartford Institute for Geriatric Nursing.
The diagnosis comes as Biden deteriorates in real-time in front of tens of millions of Americans.

According to a Harvard Harris Poll, Biden suffers from a growing perception that he is no longer mentally fit to serve as commander-in-chief.
The poll found less than one-third — 32 percent — of respondents believe that Biden is mentally fit to serve as President.
Another 68 percent expressed doubts about Biden’s mental acuity.
The polls indicate that the findings could impact the 2024 presidential election.
Poll analysts said Democrats need to address the voters’ concerns to secure a second term for Biden.
A national survey conducted for NBC News found that a whopping two-thirds of registered voters said they had moderate to major concerns about Biden “not having the necessary mental and physical health” to be president.
“The new poll shows 32% of voters said they have little to no real concerns, which is a drop from the 48% of voters who responded similarly in October 2020, roughly a month before the November presidential election that year,” the Daily Wire reported, citing the survey.
