Our country has been under a human invasion since Ronnie Reagan signed the ‘come on in, welcome’ bill aka the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.  Dubbed the strongest anti-illegal aliens bill ever.  What a bald-faced lie.  What he did was open the flood gates.

Donald Trump did his best to stop the insane catch & release.  Asylum seekers would remain in Mexico until a trial date.  93% of asylum cases are bogus and thrown out.  In the meantime, those so-called asylum seekers suck off your paycheck while your family goes without.

Congress after Congress has refused to tighten current asylum laws so now, we have free-loaders by the MILLIONS applying for asylum for spousal abuse or a hang nail.  Court dates are being set for five to as long as 10 YEARS from now because the system is past overloaded.  Under Trump, not under the illegitimate Biden open border policy:

Forget the Unreachables on this issue.  It is unbelievable millions of Americans and thousands of elected public officials for decades have and are fighting like hellions to protect those who enter OUR country ILLEGALLY.  That’s like demanding someone who robs a bank be released from prison because the thief “just wanted money for a better life for his family.”

Just wait until a Democrat or one of their children are murdered by an illegal or become a victim of this:  Leprosy, Polio, Malaria, TB, Measles… and Massive Unscreened Illegal Immigration, Dec. 27, 2023.  Dumping them in public schools all over the country.  Carriers working under the table for cash spreading diseases to the public.

Let’s not forget the TENS of THOUSANDS of young, able-bodied males crossing the border since mid-2021.  No family, just fighting fit and they’re coming from all over the world, particularly countries in Africa.  Over the past few months via the Darian Gap:  Communist  Chinese males.

California is an open border state with an $82 BILLION dollar deficit thanks to giving cash, health care, – you name it – to illegal aliens in violation of federal immigration law simply ignored and blessed by the incompetent POS U.S. Attorney, Merrick Garland.  Beginning Jan. 1, 2024, ALL illegals will get full health care coverage paid for by hard working Californians who are barely making ends meet.

Texas governor, Greg Abbott, has refused to call up the State Militia which I wrote about in detail, Sept. 11, 2023: Illegals Invasion: What Are You Waiting for Governor Abbott?  Call up the State Militia.   GOVERNMENT CODE  – TITLE 4. EXECUTIVE BRANCH –  SUBTITLE C. STATE MILITARY FORCES AND VETERANS – CHAPTER 431. STATE MILITIA.  Repel means you don’t let any of them put one foot on U.S. soil.

“I don’t care how loud Democrats squeal like pigs or the ACLU making threats, just get the State Militia on the border.  Once illegals making their way find out they’re not going to step on U.S. soil, game the asylum system or just waltz in and disappear, most will not continue to the border.

“Man up, Abbott.  Either you get tough and mean it or this monstrous invasion destroying our country will continue.  Not a pretty situation but we did not create this problem.  Mexico, Democrats & Republicans did by refusing to stop the hordes over the decades.  Republicans held the majority for 18 months with Trump in the WH.  This would never have happened if they had passed the 1993 immigration bill outlined in my Sept. 11, 2023, column.  They did NOTHING.

There’s no doubt in my mind there will be thousands of Texans, retired or even working who will volunteer for the State Militia on a rotating system.  A lot of them retired military. Not a bunch of hot-heads.  Lawful patriotic Americans stepping up and taking part in protecting OUR homeland security.  OUR duty to do so.

I wrote Abbott repeatedly.  Crickets.  Now the America haters and organizations who hate America and support this dangerous human invasion (like the ACLU, NGO’s) have sued our state (Texas) for defending itself against an invasion of freeloaders, terrorists, rapists, thieves and murderers.

ACLU Files Lawsuit to Challenge Landmark Border Security Legislation, Dec. 19, 2023

“In its lawsuit, the ACLU argues that the legislation violates the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution, which declares that federal law is superior to state law. They claim that SB 4 is an attempt to regulate immigration matters that are “exclusively reserved to the federal government.”

“We’re suing to block one of the most extreme anti-immigrant bills in the country,” said Adriana Piñon, legal director of the ACLU of Texas. “The bill overrides bedrock constitutional principles and flouts federal immigration law while harming Texans, in particular Brown and Black communities.”

“The lawsuit asks the court to declare that SB 4 is entirely unlawful and to preliminarily and permanently enjoin Steven McCraw, Director of the Texas Department of Public Safety, from enforcing the measure.

“During Abbott’s signing, he addressed the confusion around the Supremacy Clause, saying, “The authors of the United States Constitution foresaw a situation when the federal government would be inattentive to states that faced charges at their borders,” said Abbott. “And in response, they inserted Article One Section 10 to the United States Constitution, to empower states to take action to defend themselves. And that is exactly what Texas is doing.”

“Austin lawyer Tony McDonald told Texas Scorecard that Texas has every right to defend itself.  “Texas is a sovereign state and has a right to defend itself from invasion,” said McDonald. “Federal courts shouldn’t side with the ACLU in supporting the federal government’s program of chaos at our southern border.”

And that’s exactly what our State Militia Statute says:  “Sec. 431.111.  CALLING OF FORCES BY GOVERNOR.  (a)  The governor may call all or part of the state military forces to repel or suppress an invasion of or insurrection in or threatened invasion of or insurrection in the state or if the governor considers it necessary to enforce state law.  If the number of state military forces is insufficient, the governor shall call the part of the reserve militia that the governor considers necessary.”

Are Americans even grasping what’s happening – the bigger picture with this invasion?  Flooding our country with millions who have no skills, speak little or most no English who are getting “free” housing, food, medical treatment for diseases which will cause more hospitals to go bankrupt while Americans and naturalized Americans can barely put food on the table.  Why Haven’t They Been Arrested and Indicted?, Oct. 16, 2023:  Locally, in Yuma, Arizona, executives with the Yuma Regional Medical Center said that in just one year, taxpayers were left with $26 million in unpaid medical bills from illegal aliens who showed up to the hospital requesting free care.

“[T]he Federation for American Immigration Reform reported that illegal immigration costs the nation’s hospital systems at least $23 billion annually — $8.2 billion of which is uncompensated medical care for illegal aliens.”

The massive amount of drugs coming across the border run by vicious, murderous cartels.  Now that it’s winter and too cold for the drug runners, loads of Fentanyl and cocaine are being dropped across the border by drones.

Think terrorist cells aren’t organizing?  Wake the hell up America.  It’s not just Texas but AZ is also being over run by illegal aliens – not the PC “migrant” or “immigrant” BS.  They’re being given cash, phones and shipped all around the country; diseased and illiterate and even being given work passes in violation of federal immigration law.  GOT THAT “RED” STATE GOVERNORS?

I sent the State and Local Authority to Enforce Immigration Law analysis below to Gov. Abbott, our Lt. Governor Dan Patrick and Attorney General Ken Paxton months ago.  Copied it, printed and sent with my cover letter.  It should be sent to all “Red State” governors and AG’s and your local sheriff and tell the ACLU and the rest of the America haters to go pound sand.  Below is just an excerpt but get a copy to your state rep, senator and state AG.  And, any law firm can file an amicus brief with the court regarding the ACLU lawsuit – see filing here.

Don’t forget to send a copy of the analysis below to your state GOP Chairman/Chairwoman.  They have clout with a governor and AG.  I ask you to please don’t think someone else will do it because then nothing gets done.  Years ago, a dear friend of mine told me he called his state rep about a bill in the VA legislature and was told only about 5, 6 people had called about it.  They represent YOU so if you (and me) don’t politely get in their face, look at the state of the Union today.

“The preliminary question is whether the states have inherent power (subject to federal preemption) to make arrests for violation of federal law. That is, may state police, exercising state law authority only, make arrests for violations of federal law, or do they have power to make such arrests only insofar as they are exercising delegated federal executive power? The answer to this question is plainly the former.

“The source of this authority flows from the states’ status as sovereign entities. They are sovereign governments possessing all residual powers not abridged or superceded by the U.S. Constitution. The source of the state governments’ power is entirely independent of the U.S. Constitution. See Sturges v. Crowninshield, 17 U.S. (4 Wheat.) 122, 193 (1819). Moreover, the enumerated powers doctrine that constrains the powers of the federal government does not so constrain the powers of the states.

“Rather, the states possess what are known as “police powers,” which need not be specifically enumerated. Police powers are “an exercise of the sovereign right of the government to protect the lives, health, morals, comfort, and general welfare of the people…” Manigault v. Springs, 199 U.S. 473, 480 (1905). Essentially, states may take any action (consistent with their own constitutions and laws) unless there exists a prohibition in the U.S. Constitution or such action has been preempted by federal law.²

“It is well established that the authority of state police to make arrests for violation of federal law is not limited to those situations in which they are exercising delegated federal power. Rather, such arrest authority inheres in the States’ status as sovereign entities. It stems from the basic power of one sovereign to assist another sovereign. This is the same “inherent authority that is exercised whenever a state law enforcement officer witnesses a federal crime being committed and makes an arrest. That officer is not acting pursuant to delegated federal power. Rather, he is exercising the inherent power of his state to assist another sovereign.

Prominent mouthpieces for the Democrat/Communist Party USA are going for amnesty.  We must NOT allow that to happen which is why the upcoming primaries and general election is so important for Congress.  Boots on the ground and in the meantime, be vigilant because I guarantee you terrorists already here (and more coming everyday) aren’t here to mow lawns.  Whether they be Muslim (who hate and want all non-believers dead or Mexicans who want the four border states back by force or invasion even though under the Guadalupe-Hildago Treaty[1] the U.S. paid Mexico $15 MILLION in gold which was a  king’s ransom back then), there is trouble coming.  It’s just a matter of time.
