New York Attorney General Letitia James is one the Democrat prosecutors weaponizing the justice system against Donald Trump.

James got some bad news in court.

A judge just hit Letitia James with this huge setback that will turn her case upside down.

Part of the strategy Democrats employed in their various trials against Trump is to use these legal proceedings to bar Trump from speaking about the cases in public.

Democrats set up a rigged game where the media and political opponents could pummel Trump over the politically-motivated charges against him as a central campaign issue, but Trump couldn’t respond.

In the absurd and abusive civil fraud trial that James brought against Trump in New York City, Democrat Judge Arthur Engoron hit Trump with a gag order banning him from talking about Engoron’s clerk, who has taken on an outsize role with her activities during the trial.

Engoron fined Trump $15,000 for violating the gag order and Engoron could order Trump jailed for continued violations.

Trump appealed the order on obvious free speech grounds.

Fortunately, there is still some sanity floating around the New York State legal system as Judge David Friedman of the state’s intermediate appeals court lifted the gag order by issuing a stay.

Friedman cited free speech issues as well as the need to restrict what Trump could say outside the courtroom considering there was no jury in this trial.

“Considering the constitutional and statutory rights at issue an interim stay is granted,” Friedman wrote in his stay, which gave James until December 8 to respond.

Trump celebrated the ruling on Truth Social while blasting Engoron as a politically-motivated hack.

“Judge Arthur Engoron has just been overturned (stayed!) by the New York State Appellate Division (Appeals Court), for the 4th TIME (on the same case!). His Ridiculous and Unconstitutional Gag Order, not allowing me to defend myself against him and his politically biased and out of control, Trump Hating Clerk, who is sinking him and his Court to new levels of LOW, is a disgrace. They are defending the Worst and Least Respected Attorney General in the United States, Letitia James, who is a Worldwide disgrace, as is her illegal Witch Hunt against me. The Radical and Unprecedented actions of Judge Engoron will keep BUSINESSES and JOBS forever out of New York State. I have done NOTHING WRONG, my numbers were low, not high, I have a COMPLETE DISCLAIMER CLAUSE, their Star Witness admitted he lied and made up this Fake case against me, and the the Attorney General used a “Get Trump” platform in order to run for A.G. & Governor (she failed!).
