Conservative celebrity Judge Andrew Napolitano has left Fox News after a new lawsuit alleges he sexually harassed a male producer at the news channel.
In a lawsuit filed by John Fawcett, it is alleged that high up officials at Fox knowingly allowed the 71-year-old Napolitano to make sexual advances at men while on the job. Napolitano is facing unrelated lawsuits for decades of using his power as a judge to get male criminal defendants to perform sex acts on him in exchange for more lenient sentences.
In Fawcett’s case, the suit states that Napolitano ambushed him in an elevator. The legal analyst began stroking Fawcett’s arm and asking him if he would like a better job. During the conversation, he looked at the plaintiff “suggestively” and said “You see these hands? They look clean, but they get really dirty,” then asked him to visit his maple syrup farm in New Jersey or drop in on his Manhattan apartment during the week.
When Fawcett sought to report the homosexual aggression, other colleagues told him that Napolitano regularly behaves in this fashion towards men at the office. When human resources was informed, they ignored him and said “What do you want us to do about it?” Other Fox News heads dismissed and mocked his complaint.
The plaintiff states that he was dismissed by higher ups because of a policy implemented by former CEO Roger Ailes, who deliberately promoted homosexuals and allowed them to have their way with young men working as interns or new hires. Men who hit on women in this fashion, on the other hand, are generally punished or fired on the spot under Fox’s new leadership.
Shockingly, Ailes and his inheritors at Fox have this gay privilege policy, the document says, to avoid accusations that Fox News is “too conservative.”
Napolitano is still battling a lawsuit filed by Charles Corbishley, who alleges that in 1988, the judge made him perform oral sex on him in order to reduce his sentence. Corbishley’s lawyer, Robert Hollis, was a close friend of judge Napolitano, and arranged the encounter between the two men when the plaintiff was 20-years-old and desperate to avoid prison.
After fellating Napolitano, Corbishley received a mysteriously light community service sentence, and later criminal charges were dismissed.
Another man, a former New Jersey waiter named James Kuzelnick, says that Napolitano befriended him in a non-sexual way, then brought him back to his home to hang out. When the two were high, Napolitano pulled down his pants and demanded the man start beating him while he masturbated on his lap. The sexual assault is alleged to have occurred in 2014.
The most astonishing claim in Fawcett’s lawsuit is that Fox Corporation was paying Napolitano’s legal fees in his gay sexual assault lawsuits until he was fired the other day.
Fawcett appears to imply that Napolitano is not the only superstar homosexual at Fox, but no other individuals were named.
