RBN was recently – and is often – only days from being completely out of funds, due to a long-running decrease in consistent contributions and sources of income.
Because we rely heavily on so many irregular gifts, it has always been difficult to calculate a timeline for the finances.

RBN has survived in recent times due to a few very large one-time gifts from a small number of extremely generous listeners, and the regular monthly offerings from those dedicated supporters who have been able to do so.

Unfortunately, prices for services required to run the network and maintain the studio/office are only increasing,  and we’ve had to recently pay several of our larger less-frequent bills for hosting of our websites and show archives.
